How to install Qcy App on Android 4.0.3+
You'll need about 2.9 MB of free space.

- Open the file — tap the download notification, or open Files › Downloads and tap ar-com-ramzeta-qcyapp-3-52914197-d2417ed392c4021a2c3d6af35a4a2196.apk.
- Allow the install (first time only) — Android 8 and later asks for permission the first time an app opens an APK: tap Settings in the prompt, turn on Allow from this source, then go back.
