After a few minor hiccups, the app is running perfectly. Thee feedback from the students who have used it has been phenomenal. They feel more confident being able to see, in real time, how effective their cpr is.

Impossible to determine from the graphic if you have selected 15:2 or 30:2. Still unresolved despite the latest update. 🤷♂️

When it works its great. Very disappointed overall as struggles to pair with manikin and then, when start CPR or compressions only, it says 'wait'. An hour later, I'm still waiting. Using Huawei phone and tablet. Slightly better performance with tablet but Update still said 'updating' 2 hours later even though it showed 100%. It said 'do not disconnect whilst updating'. Actually had to shut tablet down in order to exit. Having invested a lot of money to buy QCPR Anne's, this is very annoying.

I got it to work on my Samsung and can connect all the manikins on it. It is great fun in the classroom. It would be even more fun if it would have an app to be downloaded on my laptop so I can show the whole classroom the efforts.

Manikins take over a minute to connect and frequently disconnect, even in the middle of doing skills.

1. App would be more effective if it could toggle 10-12 at the same time( common #) instead of 6 (uncommon #). Since Adults and infants are never used simultaneously during training, It would be great if you can toggle between Adult & infants without having to reconnect. 2. Having an option on how long I would like my manikins on standby before shutting off would be helpful. Its annoying talking through instruction and when your finished you have to say "ok, let's reconnect... AGAIN!!!".

Adding manikins was straightforward, but afterward no data displays during use. The "begin when ready" screen never changes. Manikins would then lose connection randomly as well. It appears connection issues are common? Lastly, why on Earth would you need access to location? Don't demand access to permissions you have no business using! (Location was granted & active when testing, not the cause of the issues.)

I like the QCPR options on the manikins, however today I could not get the apps to work with my manikins. I simply could not load the app, press open and it blinks and takes you back to the home screen. I've uninstalled twice and tried again and again, but with the same problem. Please help resolve this. UPDATE 23rd August 2019 I have installed the app on a old mobile today, and it works absolutely fine. I guess the latest software update from Huawei has been the problem.

The app was working when first installed on Galaxy S9, now after an update only 1 manikin works, the other 2 keep getting error message. I have tried numerous times to contact you concerning this but so far no response, nor have I heard back from the IT people on the website. Poor follow through on your product. This is needed for my job, please respond and I will change my review. I have emailed, called, and left several msgs. Deleted and reinstalled app, still will not correct issue. The app does work with other upgraded manikins, but will not upgrade mine.

Disappointing. The app has never worked, as I can't connect to our mannikins ( which were bought specifically for this purpose!!). When I click on either of the mannikin icons, the app says the device is in bootloader mode and requires an update. The update then crashes (Error IT 1003). I'm using a Huawei phone so perhaps this is why.
