This app and system is out dated, full of glitches, and remote functions are worthless. I would not recommend this app for residential or commercial use. The only positive is that it works well on computers connected to network, if you can get it set up properly.

There too many glitches. QC should hire someone that knows how to develope an app, that's compatible with their mediocre security camera systems. I give their cameras and NVR a 2 star rating.

I could record from a time line of one-week span from each camera. Now I cannot record from a day before. Cant figure out if it's software or Hardware problem.

No complaints. Logs right on quick on my lgv35. Amazing technology. Have caught 3am car handle puller after police k9 help. Also next door neighbor lied to police about backing into a car. Our cameras prooved her lie. I could keep on going.

Poor quality. Your information is not saving. Every time you open app, you have to re-enter information again. Even with that, you still can't open camera. Poor, poor very poor app.

Nice but support is really bad. They forced you to work with one bride only and some techs didn't want to really help got a new system never a q-see again

For the simple purpose of monitoring my island house while i live on a different island, it works superbly.

App works off and on hours on end on the phone, seems like they change the coding and then want you to pay $99 to fix it then as soon as your terms are up the app quits working again. Cameras are good, when the app works, in home monitor works good its the app that is the pits.

Randomly stops working with no way I can figure out to reconnect. And "Help" is a joke, nothing but screen shot balloons describing what each button does. No help at all if it's not connected!

Remote viewing goes out all the time. Twice in just 2 months. The first time was 3 days. This time it has been out for almost 2 weeks.. We have tried several times but it is not wanting to reconect to the app.
