I started to use this app about few days ago, although I'm not a fond of online platform. I was so amazed for the promos they offered. It makes my daily life much more convenient. Disappointed - I was really looking forward to experiencing a nice grocery delivery experience, however, the website is buggy and when I tried using the app, it always says something went wrong on the very first step (adding my address). Please have your app developers address this and for sure, you'll have more customers. For now, I'll just uninstall and get my groceries the old fashioned way.

I ordered using my browser and not via app. So far, it's okay. I was able to receive my two boxes of groceries the next day. They informed me about the items that were not available and the balance was deposited back to my account. It's fine with me since I might order again the next time. The price of the items were also not overpriced. Overall, I had a good experience.

This is the worst online delivery app I've ever tried. Twice they made us wait for groceries which ended up not arriving at all. Didnt even gave us advanced notice if we were waiting for deliveries or not. No way to track progress of deliveries i.e. whether they are in the process of shopping or delivery unlike other grocery delivery app. Once, the driver even phoned my elderly mom to meet him some place to hand her the deliveries instead of delivering the groceries in our house!!!! OMG!!!

Good customer service, personal shopper performance, and delivery aside -- this app needs a lot of work. So many products lack pictures. I can't see the details on my Kredits. The app must reflect the features of the website, but the website needs a lot of improvement too.

Still a good experience bec I received my order the next day. What needs to be improved is the app, it should not let u put as many items as u want, let u check out only to find out they have limits in each item or item is no longer in stock. It should be updated on the app to lessen calls & refunds. Tips for customers: add ur items on cart, then check out between 8-11pm because that is when they open the scheduling of delivery. That's the time u can reserve slot for the date and time u prefer.

Your services sucks! arrived at 10pm, a lot items are not delivered but still I paid in full. Php360 amount of goods that was not delivered. I was advised that it will be credited on my account, 4 days have passed, my account was not yet updated, the status is still on the proces. What kind of customer service you have! Nobody from your end tried to reach me for the inconvenience you've done. I miss Honestbee, will never order from you again. NEVER!
