It's been more than 2 months since I lodged a complaint after installing this app, so far nothing has been done. In the past it would take these goons 3-4 days to resolve a complaint that has been made through phone calls but now despite competition they just don't care. (Gulsha-e-Iqbal, Karachi)

This app is waste on my android space, the apps make inquiring about our data easily. These stupid devs are making it more difficult on every update.. kindly tell me what is the purpose of asking phone number with area code again with account id again when you have linked your phone number with ptcl account ??? Are you guys stupid ?? Kindly check other broadband service app like sky or virgin or even better make a copy !!! Multi billion dollar company can't afford a stupid app dev

This app is just a total watse of time, everytime when i try to register a complaint, it stuck on OTP, even i don't get an OTP to my email address or on my registered contact number to register a complaint... And if u call on helpline they always ask me to wait for 24 Hours to solve this problem. Pathetic app, waste of time, poor response, 😠😠😠 I just say that you can just log in and scroll up and down, nothing else you can do. You cant register even a single complaint, not you can FAQ, etc

It would be great if you could copy just Jazz app. It is better to pay bills directly through any bank app instead of downloading this app and confusing your self by finding your bill and acount details.

This app is a joke or may be an April fool for those who downloads it. After creating my account and logged in successfully this app shows me the dashboard with some icons which seems to be the features but when I tried to click on them nothing happens, nothing is support option... I can keep going ,but not in mood to waste my time as this app certainly did. Please PTCL... remove this app from store or make it up to the mark. For your reference try to explore Ooredoo Oman mobile app.

Do not download because it's a Useless, ineffective and pointless application by PTCL. Just like other services of PTCL, this application is also a botched attempt to show their incompetency. They are advertising about this application on their all platforms but non of them have ever tried this app. GUI not working properly, you can't register your complain, you can't contact support. Actually you can't do anything other than just logging in to this app. Want to give it a negative rating but...
