How to install PSP Emulator v2.4.0 on Android API 9+

- Grab woaemama.arcade.pspemu_2400.apk — hit the Download button above (21.3 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
