How to install Profile Manager (w/ schedules) v2.4.0 on Android API 15+

- Grab com.ogapps.notificationprofiles_37.apk — hit the Download button above (5.5 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
