The app is unusable if you have more than 25 coins. It auto refreshes while scrolling down means its near impossible to check on balances of your coins after u pass a certain coin it will auto reset to the top of the page.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! They will lock you out of your account with over $1k in bitcoin stored on it and then refuse to respond to ANY emails to unlock your account. If you contact the app developers, they act like they have no control of contacting the "company" to respond to your emails. I used the same room, with the same background, the same ID, the and I even believe the same shirt I wore to make my account. They will take your money and run. Respond, otherwise I will keep this up.

For the most part things function well, however, upon the launch of an investment on another platform, Probit took days to correct an issue with Withdraw. Now, I've sent usdt to the same address I've been using to buy at a price to lower my dca and somehow the address is gone from my account and my money in limbo while the price rises again on my investment.

Not a smooth working app to say the least. Sold some crypto because I do not like this app, and now it won't process my withdrawal of USDT. Always just says the destination address is invalid no matter which I use. Would really just like to close my accounts and delete the app, but I am stuck.

Ridiculous. When trying to withdraw most coins wallets are always "under maintenance" and for some reason all withdrawals must be approved by them first which takes more than 12 hours. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not put fiat or your coins into this exchange.
