1. App does not support account changing. You need to logout and login to change account. 2. Cannot view your covesting portfolio 3. Take profit/ stop loss does not show the estimated profit or loss. This Android app is worst.

Recommendations for updates: - App needs to keep me logged in or even have the option to. - Needs fingerprint login. - Needs notifications when orders fill, stop loss is hit, deposit received etc. - Ability to set alerts for certain conditions. - Amount of BTC needs usd price next to it. - Needs to be a quick and simpleway to open/close trades, maybe with a widget.

The support and overall experience gets 5 stars. The app gets 3 stars bcs It's way to laggy for trading. Auto sign out is terrible, too often, and adds excessive time When I go to a pair I should be able to see price and be able to submit or update trade immediately. extra data (charts, watchlist) adding lag time before a trade can be made...only to get "no data" and start again..hopefully still signed in...the actionable elements need to be primary and independent of informational elements

Android app doesn't have crosshair on chart, chart price candles spike significantly and differ from other platforms that I use. Only giving it 2 stars for the ease of entry and exit. Otherwise I would have given it a 1 star because of the price spikes that exist only on this platform. Edit: 5/19/20 I've been trading 15 years, you guys understand exactly what I mean when I say your platform spikes when others don't. It literally spikes with fraud. Worse than any other.

Instead of having everything in bitcoin 0.00002341 it would just be better to show it in a currency. When I check other exchanges there is a huge disparity in price action other exchanges are swinging wildly not Primexbt. Barely moves and this seems suspicious to me. Curious if there is some price spoofing going on. If I go short and check other exchanges I see whar I expect. With Primexbt it always moves against me. Down $350 so far. I normally have a performance in the %2500 range, Odd.

The app is ok. Interface can be a bit to get used to but it does what it needs to. Could we pleeeease get a 4 hr and 12 hr time frame though? Or even better would be the ability to add custom times. This would improve things a lot.

I was a big fan of this platform until recently. Customer service is not as good as it was in the beginning. The mobile app has been crashing for the past couple days and they seem to not be doing a thing about it. Bitfinex and Binance are both superior.

Fraudulent exchange. If you try to close manually price will move 10+ points right before u submit. Happens every time. Positions with stop losses will close and price hadnt hit the target. They will liquidate you at -1% or -100% depending on how much you have invested. Not a very good leverage exchange. Im in a leverage group and we all share similar stories.

App immediately forces close upon opening using Note 9. / update: only forces closes on note 9 if using a dpi setting other than the default 411. Would still love to have this fixed though.
