The customer service in general were friendly when i need to call but the app itself is horrible l. There's no way to keep track of your money when it updates your transactions a month behind. The atm locater is wrong too. It got 2 stars only because of customer service team being friendly and emailing me my transaction every month! Otherwise it'd be one star

Now I know to ask a potential employer how they pay and if they say Comdata, I will not hire on with them. The fees are outrageous. Might as well subtract the equivalent of a buck an hour from your pay with this "service". I can't think of a single worse option for a payroll system.

My only real complaint is the amount that is credited or debited is instantly shown on the app however the actual transaction isn't. It was a lot worse a few months ago it was 2 weeks behind so I never knew what exactly came out or if it was correct without sitting down and figuring up my receipts. Now it's running less than 5 days so that's better but still for a company that handles most of the Long Haulers & Trucking companies in this country you'd think they'd be a little more advanced.

If you have ANY other option, DO NOT USE COMDATA. The fees are insane and their customer service is the absolute worst. I've called seven times over the last week to find out where $40 went from my account, and not once has anyone given me an answer, and every time I ask to speak to a superviser or have the call escalted, I get put on hold for 30 minutes and then get told all the managers are busy. EVERY TIME. Use netspend or find a credit union if you cant get a regular bank account. F Comdata

When you look at transaction history part of the app it does NOT show a time when deposits were made nor other transactions. Also, i have had previous cards where i could call and it would tell me when i had a pending deposit and when it was set for, this does not. Also, for example last night. My normally scheduled payday falls on Christmas, so payroll was done early, well everyone else got pd last night (Friday) well all of us with this card are still having to wait til Monday. REALLY SUCKS!!!

The Fintwist Allpoint card is supposed to be fee less when its withdrawal from an Allpoint Atm. The card was not recognized at two different allpoint arms I could not take my money. It said the Card holder was not recognized or transaction rejected. I was able to use it for purchases and withdraw from a non allpoint atm for a fee. I did send a complaint email on their website. Allpoint is not recognizing the card this should be fixed. 😠

Worked fine at first although never gave transaction data. Then recently the app started giving an error message it couldn't find any ATMs and the error message blocked the lower part of the screen so I couldnt even type in my login info. And the error message stayed on the screen even when the app was closed. The Comdata prepaid card sucks but it's the only way to get your pay if you work for Resource MFG.

Please update! The only up to date up is the Comdata On Road. Please update the Comdata Prepaid Card APP so people can use it better. Like a way to transfer to other accounts, pay bills, etc. It's useless if all we see is transactions and balance. It doesn't even show an in depth of transactions/balances. App was last updated in 2015!!! It's been 5 years

Worst POS app ever. can't do a single thing without the message "no sites are available for this match...." constantly blocking the lower part of my screen. And even when I exit the app, the message still stays stuck there on my phone screen (screen is not frozen) this app is pure cancer and I can't do anything useful with it

It sucks. The transaction history is off by a month, and the ATMs it points to you still end up spending $5 to use. Why point me to an ATM that's not gonna be any cheaper than any random place I go.
