The last level I got around a week ago was above 1000, not sure the exact number. I didn't play it for a week because I was on holiday. Back to the city and wanted to continue playing, I found that my level is downgraded to 900ish. Which makes me so upset and dissatisfied 😕😓 It happened twice to me already. Why it happens???

An entertaining match-three. Been playing it for over a month (I'm at Aladdin town) and I'm kinda stuck at the levels, but for now, I'm not about to quit! xD Cute art, cute music, and a wonderful array of costumes to obtain and wear! I love the Sky Plaza and the 'Pop Mates' feature where you can play the level with help from a friend you add. It is a nice feeling of companionship. The little stories for when we're developing the town is also enjoyable. I love the Magic Balloons as well. -- I just have a couple of issues, though: [1] The lively sound effects could be of lower volume to avoid drowning out the level's music. [2] My McQueen balloon is usable only once in a day (instead of twice) after it became a Level 2 balloon. Hope the balloon part can be fixed.

Was prompt to update the game, clicked on update. It brought me to Play store and the option is to play, not update. Click play and now back to game. Prompt me update, endless loop. I even uninstall and reinstalled same.

Very sad. Experienced twice to replay the same stage even though i won. Especially there's 1 golden box to be won. It happens once yesterday and once today. Super disappointing. Plus the shell points collection is so low. With the higher levels stages, it's had to earn 4000 points

I'm now on a endless loop. Tells me that i need to update, going to play store. it only has uninstall or play option. Even after uninstallation, I can't access the game...
