I personally am not all that tech savvy but I've been able to navigate through their app on my own with ease. I love the templates they have available for you to use, although I wish there were a broader spectrum when it comes to the designs. If you use Pinterest, it's worth the extra time to add/follow Pooli Printer's account. They have loads more graphics and templates for you to explore there and it's been great for inspiration on different ways to really utilize my printer.

Plz add for features and add for for the device log to be able to save your past history prints forever not just for 90 days and maybe make a printer that actually does color not just black and white other than that it's a good printer and more designs for the notes and stuff and features and maybe a couple extra rolls of paper with the pulley pocket printer not just one

Not gonna lie, it's a little janky getting started, felt a little sketchy at first, but it works great for me! I got the code by email and signed up without a problem. Connects to bluetooth easily. I got the L1 printer and it's a lot of fun to use with the app! My only issue so far is that the in-app editing for contrast does the same thing as the brightness scale. I just do any editing needed in my phone's camera roll. Having so much fun with it that I'm buying more paper rolls!

I ordered my 100 dollar printer and the app wont even download. I have more than enough space on my phone and the app refuses to download

Downloaded the app, followed the instructions that came with the printer and connected just fine. Really easy to use app. Love it. It does exactly what it is advertised to do. The app developer did an amazing job.

I like the printer & app however I'm having trouble today because the app is showing my document folder as empty when it isn't. I've got urgent docs to print off for an early flight tomorrow and I can't get it yo work. The quality of the image printing isn't clear enough when printed for the barcodes to work, please help
