Improvments

-User search list updated, showd all matching results ordered by unique ref.

-Latest client list downloaded at the start of a new session, when you click the sync btn in the sidebar menu, when you click "Add new person" btn & when you click "Save and continue" on add person page.

-The sidebar sync btn updated, clicking on the btn triggers the sync

-Sync btn messages include notification of media sync & client data list sync.
