The Impact Assessment app allows charities, government and community groups to capture how they are helping people and it then turns those stories into data.
It is a simple tool for organisations which want to better record and understand the difference they make. It's especially strong at capturing and finding unintended or hidden consequences of your work.
The Impact Assessment App is used by frontline workers to record what the people they are helping say about the help they are receiving. This can take the form of text, video, photo or audio clips. It also captures a measure of how they are feeling.
It works alongside a browser based web application where you can view aggregated data, charts and visualisations to gain insight into how your staff help people. You can also identify issues and view recorded media.
By aggregating the data, organisations can discover the wider consequences of their work, and use this to inform and influence decision makers, funders and those commissioning services.
