I'm a FranklinCovey paper planner user for years, but I love the transition to the app. It allows me to keep notes, task, phone, mission vision statement. My only issue with notes when syncing. I have to keep a copy on my device when syncing. It will erase my words it not copied to my clip board. Thanks very much Cevin Felix 😀😇😃

Mostly works okay. But, lately, when I try to custom snooze an alarm, it will reset to a previous value. Ex. Alarm has a 10 min snooze set. Eventually, I change it to a 20 hour snooze and new value shows up in the snooze duration drop-down field. However, when I hit 'snooze alarm', duration field resets to 10 min before snoozing and I get the reminder in 10 minutes. I have to kill the app to get the new value to take. Please fix this! It's very annoying.

Android App is barely usable. I make all my changes in the Web App and use the Android App as a read only copy. The web interface is about a 3 star. Customer service was responsive until I subscribed. Also I signed up to be charged monthly but the company charged the annual fee. Although it says PlanPlus, it is not Franklin Covey. In the Web App, sometimes I can reorder tasks with drag and drop. But if I create subtasks, you can't reorder them. Now I am stuck with a semi broken app for year

The android app is slow and crashes multiple times per day. Not customizable, versatile, or attractive, with dated design and functionality. As it was with my old palm pilot, syncing seems to be a big hangup, which is difficult for me to forgive these days. There is just no excuse, especially when I pay a monthly fee. I've been a Covey disciple since the beginning, but I am tired of paying for mediocre products. Make your products equal to the high standards and principles you preach.

App and associated website are extremely outdated. Also, in the age and time we live in, any company that doesn't give you the option to cancel pro-rated after a free trial is not worth doing business with. The "no refund" policy was not disclosed up front, or I never would have done a trial. Hard to believe this product is associated with the company that Steven Covey founded.

Aged well (except arguably the UX design). Thought through. Values, Roles, Goals, Milestones, Lists, Contacts, Tasks, Notes and last but not least 2 way sync with either a Google or a Microsoft Account - all linked together in a way that really helps improving my planning process! Worth a shot, you either get it or you gonna give up before understanding the philosophy behind the tool and the power of the flexibility it provides. Besides, in any case, a fool with a tool is still a fool. 🤪

Really a disaster!!! Ten days ago, just after entering the user and password, did not recognize it. Try with the system to recover it and never sent to reset the password. I contacted the support service and they said: "We have a small problem with our password reset button, my apologies for the inconvenience. I've now reset your password to welcome and I have extended your trial so you should have 7 days from today. " That did not work either. I was in contact again informing the situation with another agent and asking for solutions within a questionnaire of the company also and 96 hours later they never responded. If I had known that the software was from companionlink I would not have tested. A few years ago I used it and mixed the info of the different contacts. A lot of mail promoting teamwork, but have not organized to help and solve the problems of customers. NB: Just trying yo to go to the link to unsuscribe to their mailing list, appears the this message: "The next site is deceptive. Firefox has blocked this page because it can trick you into doing something dangerous like installing software or revealing people like passwords or credit cards.going". Incredible but true!

Prior to smartphones I religiously carried and used my Franklin Planner. I used it to prioritize tasks be it my own or delegated tasks to my subordinates. Being able to track delegated tasks is invaluable. Now I'm able to electronically utilize the exact same Franklin Planner "Prioritized" Task tracking, calenders, personal and business strategic goals, using my smartphone. CONS: It literally took me years to find the electronic version of the Franklin Planner and the monthly subscriber cost.

Syncing with Google is laggy. Task priority needs to be manipulated to get more than 1-3. Task priority doesnt update when an intermediate task is completed, as in when you get A4 done, and and that task goes to the bottom of the list, A5 doesn't automatically update to become a new A4. im still ecploring, so i might update.

The application is difficult to use, is unstable and the data synchronation with the Plan Plus Profesional online application is not accurate. It also has a very bad search engine. The searching accuracy is very low. In summary, it leaves a lot to be desired.
