The contactless home screen payment dont work,I have to enter in the app all the time, and even with this a lot of times don't work because get stuck with the kplussa. the budgeting section is really bad, I can't add my MasterCard also, only visa. Coming from Nordea where I was using Google pay and nordea wallet to see my spending and manage my cards feels like a super step back, that I will not recommended to friends. Hope they add support for Google play soon, this app works really bad.

Unable to enable contactless payments on my card for 2 months, customer service not very helpful.

Just useless app that doesn't work. Had to replace my card and now does not work. Support can't solve the issue. I am referring to the contactless issue but that is major part of the app as can't use google pay. Still waiting for a fix? update as of 7th of September. Issue still not fixed and no one has bother to get in touch. beyond awful for not caring about customers

When payments works, it ok for contactless payments. Too many times "temporal technical issues", so you have to real card with you.. Main screen do not show any payments if only using nfc with credit card. For banking business quite poor end result. Alternate payment apps are more reliable.

Does not allow devices running "unofficial" android builds or devices that have been rooted. Would've loved using this app, but I guess I'm staying with Mobilepay since their app works fine even though I'm using a custom ROM while rooted

After the last major update and change of UI, the app stopped working with NFC payments. I tried phone factory reset and reinstall it, but no help ("There was an error installing contactless payment"). Used card is OP-Visa Electron. If I remember right, before was kind of virtual card, that was used for NFC NFC payments, don't know if I need again something like this. Edited 06.07.21: contactless payment is working normally. Thank you!

What's the point of "I'll give you my bank details later"-button, if it just takes you to a view that says "You really do need to give us your credit card info or otherwise we won't let you access any of the functionality in the app, no, not even the non-payment -related parts"? Seems really redundant. If you just wanted my credit card number, you already have it. No need to apply dark patterns and imply I had a choice in the process. Well, actually, I do: I can always uninstall & review. 🤡🙈

I sent my problem to the customerservice mail and after 2 months and sent some other mails, I was responded with this sentence: we will inform you as soon as possible. Maybe the definition of as soon as possible is different for customerservice.
