How to install PinPoi v1.4.7 on Android API 14+

- Grab io.github.fvasco.pinpoi_39.apk — hit the Download button above (2.6 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
