Bought scales on 22/06 and received them on 01/07. Installed app and set up scales by user manual. Scales never connected with an app and I couldn't choose my country (Latvia) in the app. In region "Europe" there were few countries to select like UK, Poland, Germany, Ukraine, etc.. Then I read in Google Play that they have apparently aplied "blocked regions" within latest updates. Tried to contact customer service, sent them even a receipt - NADA. Haven't heard answer for 6 days. Returned scales

My wife bought a scale years back and now the app says the device is locked because it was not sold I the region. This is unethic. Update: After sending e-receipt to the company, they unlocked my device. I am still concerned this company has authority to stop user from using basic functions.

Absolutely terrible. I tried to sync a blood pressure monitor for a number of times. It gets stuck with different issues each time . The maximum I was "blessed" to get is the "Loading" indicator, which runs extremely slow, dies at about 50%, and, mysteriously, managers to multiply the percentage even when the device turns off. Now I actually do have blood pressure issues.

Bought the scale 4-5 years ago. I recently updated the app and I've been locked out - unable to use ever since. Apparently they added a location tracker and needs me to provide a receipt of purchase in order to unlock it. Of course....i dont have the receipt anymore. Very frustrated and disappointed about this scale!

Juz bought this device and ended up it stated I only have 15days to use it. I'm so dumbfounded. I bought it frm a authorised dealer on taobao and now I was informed that this device is unauthorised, I can't use it. Terrible terrible brand.

Easy to connect, though it often crushes in background. Also, it gives you a lot of important statistics, which is why I bought the actual scale for. But when you go up and down in weight even a little, you body fat % is obviously changed. But this info is hardly useful, what I want to know is what actual weight of my fat, my muscles and water in my body. Otherwise having just %% you have to use calculator to see in you gained some fat or muscle tissue or not. And it is so simple to fix
