Merchants have their online store with the products they select; either all of their inventory or some of the products they would prefer to sell via Pick App. The customers do the shopping directly through the merchant’s online (mobile and web) store. The delivery agent is automatically assigned for the order and once the order is ready for dispatch, the delivery agent picks up the order to deliver to the customer. The delivery options are very liberal: Within an hour, same day or next day!

Merchants can choose whether having take-away or home delivery options. Merchants can also set whether they would like to have on demand or scheduled order system.
