I used to love the app. It was so convenient to use. However, it no longer opens and only gives an error code. I tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, and nothing worked. Now I do all my shopping on the website.

Overall a good app. Just very glitchy. It wont load half the time or takes a very long time to load. I run into issues all the time if i try to edit my cart and it pops up with an error message. A simple online order can take 10+ minutes to try to complete

I gave this app 5 stars because Petco is my Go to store when it comes to Most of my pet's needs. Also the app is easy to use I can always find what I'm looking for Also the little reminder notification is helpful too. Reminding me that it may be time for me to start restocking on certain items for my pets.

Search is clumsy and brings up items that should be filtered out, like a cat litter scoop when I search for Pet = Dog. A dog harness that the store assured me was in stock in several sizes was not available as item at all for in store or online, only shown as one size I didn't want. For every item the radio button selection defaults to ship to home before adding to cart, even though I selected for store pickup at the beginning. Much room for improvement.

For the last 3 purchases, it will not let me go thru with my order! I do not want to, nor so I have time to, constantly drive to another city, to go shopping for my pets food, in store. I found this app to be convenient, before, but now, it's just not working.

When it works it's ok. Most of the time it is unreliable and unstable. All day I received the super helpful and easy to understand 'Error: response request does not indicate success.'

Parts of the app is ok, but when i want to make an appointment for my dog, it won't let me just have her nails trimmed. It comes up to also get a wash & other things that i don't want for her. All i want is to book an appointment just to get her nails cut & trimmed & nothing else!!! I think the app needs to be rethought as far as this part. I just want her nails done & nothing else!! Thank you.

Great app. Love adding my pets. Just don't know why my pet profile photos are always sideways? The picture on my phone isn't sideways? Hopefully they fix that. Otherwise it's a great app! 馃憤

Petco the store is great. Petco the app is terrible. I booked grooming appointment for my dog - they got the wrong week & the wrong dog! The app never shows my Vital-care account. NOTHING works correctly on the app - it's a complete waste!
