I purchased the ebook for my course and get the flashcards as a part of that package. But in the app I have to pay more? Whhaaaat?

It has good questions but after doing lots of studying, there was maybe 2 out of 50 that were actually on my exam. And this happened a lot.... just ticked bc i paid to have all the flashcards that were basically useless.
Family Matters
The exam feature doesn't work. I selected an exam date of March 1 and begin studying now and it say "first practice session will occur after the exam" and then doesn't let me save the exam practice.

This app is great! You can study anywhere. One quiz is only 20 questions but as you do it more it will cover thre whole chapter! Great study tool!

Horrible experience. I purchased the cards through the app for the subject I need to study. That was weeks ago and it has not downloaded yet. Im having trouble getting help with it. Never again.

I like how in the practice mode, it not only shows you how many you got right/wrong, but it brings up the latter to make sure that you learn the material and consistently get the correct answer. I also like the progress bar, and that it gives you the flash cards in small chunks. It makes studying seem more approachable.

Expensive unless you make your own flashcards. My school paid for us to have access to Pearson test prep for nursing and we can go on the website and do Nclex prep questions but the app has nothing of the sort. Unless you're going to take the time to make the flashcards yourself, there's only a few categories of topics available and they're all pretty expensive. I wouldnt recommend this app unless you have time to make flashcards.

horrible. seriously horrendous customer service. actually on the phone right now with them and nobody is talking to me. they set their mic down and or muted themselves because they cant answer any questions pertaining to their app. they want all of my personal info as well while not being able to answer any basic questions. this is the manager now that jas walked away from the phone (or the guy's mom) idk and now i really just dont care. eff this
