It's clear that not a single person who has ever shopped for groceries and done their own cooking was involved in any part of developing this app. I really wanted to use Peapod delivery, but the UX is too frustrating. I just gave up.

Can't even sign in they should consider overhauling everything as instacart has them beat in almost every single category including app. The only reason why I'm here in the first place because peapod website won't load my delivery information.

Whatever you guys did to this app for this update is a disaster. It took me a half hour to shop. Items were removed from the cart, the back button exits the app rather than closing pop ups on items, so I had to re open it 15 times. I feel like in-person shopping would have been less of a time waste. Oh also, all of the regular sliced deli items are gone and all that's offered is "shaved"? I don't know what that even means but can you guys fix this because I liked peapod up until now. Thanks!

I can't use this app on my phone because it cuts off the images of "add to cart" and the number of items I want to buy. I just completed an order using my computer and had trouble with that, too. The sort/filter function was so large in the screen that I couldn't only see parts of the images, add to cart and quantities. This needs to be fixed, please. I depend on grocery delivery due to illness. It took me over two hours to buy $100 worth of groceries, way too long, and very tiring. Please fix!

I am very disappointed in Peapod. I got a delivery time secured 2 weeks ago with many items added to the cart over the last 2 weeks (very excited to be getting a decent amount of food). As of the cutoff time last evening 2 of the items were unavailable, ok to be expected. As of this am for a 9am delivery 24 items, 50% are unavailable for delivery. If that were the case last evening I would have cancelled the order. I tried to call them, not taking phone calls now and to call back. Boo!!!!!!

the "beautiful new" version of the app is terrible. lots of crashing, and the back button now takes you out of the app instead of going back a screen. and there are no visible changes to the item list and specific item pages to justify the change overall. worst of all, they jacked up the delivery price several dollars. without any announcement. you just find the higher charge when you go to check out.

I have been a Peapod customer since 2012. I loved it. The app was wonderful. This new app is frustrating. I simply cannot make an order unless I have a spare hour and a lot of patience. What are you guys thinking?!? If you're deliberately trying to get rid of customers, it's working very well. I actually didn't try to shop tonight before I wrote this review. The convience is awesome. It was better when they would leave the order at my door. Their vegetables, fruit and meat are good, but unreliable for freshness. Although, they will replace anything with a phone call. If you need it immediately, you can bring the below par item to a Stop and Shop and they will replace or refund, on the spot.

I wanted to try a collaborative shopping list with my wife. The app had no options to share the list. I tried logging into the app using her account. That way we could both add stuff to the list like a shopping cart on Amazon. But then the app kicked her off, then kicked me off. And it kept doing that over and over until I uninstalled the app.
