I had issues at first with it that the store I bought it from was no help at all with, I didn't think I was getting enough vapor, even at the highest setting. I was used to pens and the huge hits they produce. But slow even pulls produce more vapor & after it heats up a sec. And also covering up one or both vents on the side while pulling, and releasing, like an ol glass bowl.

dosage control and temp control are awesome. wish they made the pax units with finder "chirps" like keyfinder, app only gives general gps. I lost my other pro, and at $80 each with $60 pods it's not a cheap loss! not worth taking off a star, tho.

Disappointed. Very small hits/clouds. In order to get the smallest of clouds, I had to use the app and jack the temp to max. Even then, small cloud little buzz. Save your money and stick with 510 carts.

Needs improvements. Please show the remaining battery in percentage for my PAX device. Some of the features are cool such as dose control and the locator. Other UI improvements could be made

It is pretty cool to be able to control and see the instant temp of your device. But I with the learning tab had VASTLY more content. It's unbearably small. And nothing even about vaping? Like I want some content on how to identify certain terrines or what temp can help you achieve a particular state. I wanted it to teach me everything I need to know so I can 100% use this thing. Make this thing the tool of the next generations of connoisseurs.

Great app, has been improved in every release. Generally stays connected well, reconnects with a quick shake. Future release idea: a timer so you know how long you've had it at a certain temp. Also, use the notification bar to monitor it and adjust temp. Also: wish this came with the ability to set a max efficiency temp instead of only going straight to 420, if I could program it to stop at a lower temp that would be great. Keep up the great work

I use the pax era pro, and I'm surprised to say I'm super impressed. As a dispensary worker I spend a lot of time explaining the ins and outs of how to consume cannabis and this application is just so informative as well as completely useful in tracking dosing. The fact that the app is able to identify immediately the cultivator and strain is nothing less than impressive. small fix would be to add a way to lock in temperature settings even when the app is disconnected.

I love this app. I use a pax 3 and pax era pro with this app. I love how it makes it easy to change the temp (who can remember what temps the colors mean or how to change them?) It will also send an app when fully charged and ready to vape etc. The Pax Era Pro is made by this app! I love knowing all the pod information. You can keep track, rate, and find pods. dose control is a good way to know how much you're using and the efficient temperature for the pod to be used at.

Was a 5star review... However, now the app keeps opening up by it's self and on then I get bombarded by notifications. Probably, a side effect from a recent app update. Regardless, I'm close to deleting and using my Era without the detailed controls. Updated - I appreciate the response; honestly, I didn't expect it. I did adjust notification settings to reduce issues.

the best dry and concentrates pen there is. The only reason for 4 stars and a 5 star, is the cleaning. it is rather messy and a bit time consuming. though still there is no other pen that has stood the test and able to keep up with puffing concentrates. I have bought all kinds, puffco included. I wore my puffin pen out less than a year. just do yourself a favor and if smoke concentrates just invest in PAX3. it is worth the price. Puff Puff....pass.
