Very bad app... Many times not opening and the management of the app is not so much good

The app is good overall, but some issues keep arising. 1) Sometimes, the lectures aren't downloaded properly. So, when download button is clicked, it shows "File already downloaded", but after playing the video, it shows that video wasn't downloaded properly, and asks delete and download again. 2. After downloading, it takes quite long to play the video, till the Loading countdown reaches 100. 3. It should have double tap features for play/pause, rewind and skip. I hope they get fixed soon 😊

please enable online streaming so we can watch the lecture on the go without downloading it. my internet is fast but it takes too much time to download the video . and please give some gestures like double tap to forward 10 seconds. add a "do not show again " option for the new rules pop up .

Not able to log in again...I reinstalled the app and now I am not able to log in. When I enter the user id and registration code it says user already registered.

Honest review, I've been a topper from class 1 to till now in class 12 , but I don't even know the basics of class 11th, that was so embarrassing for me. But teachers of Paras Institute are really Professional, Dedicated, and best teacher. I lived in Delhi, I've been deceived by tutors many time. But this institute has the best faculty, whether you are studying offline or through app.
