Situato nel centro di Salemi riesce a farsi apprezzare per la qualità dei suoi prodotti, creati solo con le materie prime: lieviti naturali e lavorazione a mano rendono ogni realizzazione una vera gioia per il palato, per farvi assaporare pane, pizza biscotti e dolci fatti con tutta la passione e l'esperienza artigianale tipica siciliana.
Uno dei suoi segreti è di associare tradizione e passione di una volta con i moderni strumenti, e questo permette a chiunque lo scelga di trovare prodotti da forno impeccabili.

Located in the center of Salemi he can be appreciated for the quality of its products, created only with raw materials: natural yeasts and handwork making each creation a real joy for the palate to savor bread, pizza biscuits and cakes made with all the passion and the typical Sicilian handicraft experience.
One of his secrets is to combine tradition and passion of the past with modern instruments, and this allows anyone who chooses to find products to clean the oven.
