Edit! Contacted support who were quick to respond and worked diligently to help fix the problem! Best app and support there is! I have been paying for pandora for years. I have my custom stations that I love! Which is why I stay with pandora all this time. But since the last update, it is constantly freezing and closing.. not worth paying for if this is how it will be. Fix soon or I'll find a new station to give my money to.

Update. I guess yall finally fixed it! Working again. An entire 8 days with not working was a little ridiculous. Back to 5 stars just glad I have Sirius and Pandora, they get me through my 9 hr work days!!!🀩 With the new update after I listen for a short while I get a red error screen and pandora no longer functions. I uninstalled and installed and still it happens fixnit or I will cancel my PAID service and go elsewhere.

I've been using Pandora for years, without any issues. However, for the last couple weeks, whenever I run Pandora in the background to use other apps, and then open it again, I get the same pink screen that others have mentioned. The music co tinies to play, but I cannot do anything with the app at all. I have to fully close the app, and restart I'd I want to switch stations or podcasts. Absolutely unacceptable. Clearly this is an issue with others. FIX IT!!!

Since the latest update, on android, when I return to the home screen and then open pandora again, it cant find signal and I am forced to close it as retrying does not work. However, if I ignore the message and go back to the home screen without selecting to retry or close, music will continue to play. This all happens wether or not I am on wifi, so it is not on my end and has nothing to do with the signal strength on my phone. There is little to no support from Pandora regarding the issue.

Pandora is great and I only have the free version. Recently though, my screen has turned red and is locking up. I reboot my phone, Motorola, and it goes away. Today music start playing on it's own. It seemed to be linked to an ad by Chase bank. I kept turning it off and put back in my pocket and then a few minutes later it's back on again. I read some reviews and saw somebody else are there screen turning red on a Samsung. but I didn't see anything else about this app running from Chase Bank.

After update it does not work properly on my note 9. You can start it and music plays. Once you get out the app getting back in, is impossible. I get stuck on the red/pink screen when I try going back in to try to skip or rate a song. It plays music and that is all I am able to do. I tried closing the app, restarting my phone, and reinstalling the app. Nothing works.

I usually love Pandora, but here lately it's been malfunctioning a lot. I have a Galaxy Note 8. For the last 2 weeks or so, anytime you leave the app screen and try to return to it, it's a blank pink screen. The music continues to play but you can no longer interact with the app, and have to force quit and restart EVERY TIME. Not cool. I'll be waiting on a solution to this.

I have been using pandora for a long time now. I mostly do like it but it has too many commercials! It doesn't use to, they just want me to subscribe now. However the reason for a lower rating, this last update broke Pandora. It constantly freezes up saying lost connection and only shows a full red screen. Here is an idea, quit pushing out updates and changing things just because. If it isn't broke don't fix/change it because now it is broke.

I have used (and paid for upgraded) Pandora for years with no issue. For the past 2 weeks it has stopped, especially when minimized, and also has a pink screen that keeps coming up that I can't get past without closing the app. I have cleared app data and made sure battery saver isn't on which has helped, but it's still doing the above. Latest update I've been having issues. I'll be listening to music and then when I want to switch stations the whole screen is pink. Then it says waiting for connection. Try again? I'll have to hard close the app, then bring it back up every time I want to switch stations. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it's not helping. I have been using this app for almost 5 years and never had an issue with it before but lately, within the past few days, I have been experiencing some technical issues with this app. The screen go off completely on pink color. It gets all blank off on pink color. I cannot even play my own songs. I have to be resetting my phone to make this app works. It works for a while and then it goes off back again.

Not happy to be paying for an app that now continually freezes on the pink screen of nothingness. I can't even close the app to reboot until it gives me the message "can't connect to Pandora. Cancel or try again" . There have been enough reports out there that you would think they would have this fixed by now. Come on Pandora. Get on the ball!

Great app however recently It doesnt let me go back and repeat a song. Everytime i try going back through the recent songs that just played it would shoot me back to the current song that is playing (and yes I have the paid version so I should be able to go back to see my recent last played songs and play them)

I'm not sure if its the latest update, but when trying to open the app when a song is playing the screen goes red, and I have to shut down the app and reopen it. Once in the app everything works, but the screen issue is starting to happen more. I prefer pandora to other apps but this bug needs to get fixed. I'll update this review after its fixed.

App keeps getting worse, won't play complete songs, locks up and says no internet connection when everything else on the phone works fine. Isn't able to switch from Wi-Fi to data/phone network when you get out of Wi-Fi range. Used to be a fairly stable app, not any more and getting more bloated, resource intensive and failing functionality. Real shame, Pandora has been my favorite for years, but if it won't work on mobile devices there's really no point and I'm cancelling my subscription.

Ever since the most recent update, my app is virtually unusable. If I navigate away from the app for even a few minutes, when I go back to interact with the app (even with music playing) all I get is a blank, pink screen. I have to use recents to close the app to get control again. This renders the app virtually unusable to me, and I have no incentive to keep my subscription in its current state. I enjoy listening to Pandora at times but lately it has been giving me a hard time. Whenever i open the app it says "waiting for connection, try again?" Where i clearly have a connection to the internet. So i have to close the app and restart it. I normally love this app and have had no issues with it until Oct 14, when I tried to play some music. I am having the same magenta/pink screen issue that I am seeing from other reviewers. I managed to get it to get it to open correctly once, but now it just goes to that blasted pink screen. I assume this is an update issue. Please fix this!

I would have paid money for it by now and given it 5 stars if it wasn't for 2 massive failures. First, update your desktop formatting so it's user friendly like the mobile version. Second and this is a deal breaker, the app constantly crashes or just decided to not play my music for long periods of time . Tell me, why would I ever pay money for that?

Was 5 stars,but since last update on October 15th, LYRICS ARE NOT POPPING UP ANYMORE. EVERYTIME I CLICK ON LYRICS, IT TELLS ME TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES. IT'S BEEN DOING THAT FOR DAYS. On my note 9 I pull it up, works perfectly. Then when I go back into it to change a song, I get stuck on a pink page that glitches and says it can't connect. I then have to manually close the app and go.back into it. Very annoying and only recently started doing this. I could not find an email to message so I leave a bad review in hopes to get noticed.

App keeps freezing on a pink screen every time and I have to re start the app to be able to do anything. As someone who's been on this app for years I gotta say I'm disappointed. The same songs are played over and over again, new music is given on a rarity. To top it off the new songs are unrelated to the station its playing on. And even if I thumbs down these songs they re appear. I had premium at some point and found myself skipping more than listening.

I've used pandora for years now and it seems like I'm not the only one with this problem.... the screen goes pink when I try to open it, even when I'm on wifi, or 4g with full bars.... I work in construction and I listen to music on pandora (or I used to) for 10+ hours a day... love using your app, but whatever is happening is making me use spotify a lot more... love the variety, but it would be nice to have access to your app!

I enjoy Pandora and use it all the time. The thing I have noticed recently though is that when music is playing and I try to get into the app again, it is just a pink blank screen. Which makes it so I have to close the app entirely and reopen it to use it again. Music still plays even with the pink screen but you can't change songs or stations.

I've loved Pandora since day 1. I have it on everywhere I go. I felt the void when I have traveled overseas & it wasn't available. The only 2 issues that still bother me about the programming are: when songs turn up in a channel where they don't belong (I do understand the science of how they choose the playlists). It irks me just a little. 2: The utterly annoying (by design) commercials. Ads don't bother me. It's the ones whose nauseating script & acting feel like an icepick in my head.

Since update, I cannot set my timer to play for 15, 30 or 60 minutes anymore, to fall asleep to music. Cannot find menu on stations anymore, I do not need my music playing all night. Please address this issue. I love falling asleep to music. Also, what's up with the pink screen and having to restart the app again.

I have been using pandora for at least 10 years but probably longer and I've loved it. But recently the app began malfunctioning. When it plays music, it sounds like a scratched record... Constantly skipping 1-second increments of the songs. I know its the app because it happens with or without headphones, and it only happens on pandora (not youtube or play musics etc.). It is ridiculous for a music streaming service to malfunction while playing music... Like you have one job.

Idk what's happened lately, but performance has taken a dive across all of my devices - disconnect Bluetooth and it keeps playing full blast on your speakers (real nice in the office). Won't respond to taps, or media button controls, and I have to force quit literally every time I'm done now or it just keeps playing. The app will also quite literally disappear while youre listening, and you have to reopen it (and start a new song). Dumb.

I'm happy with the free version of this app. Once I subscribed to premium I was unable to play music on multiple devices, the offline listening was very choppy, and when I went to cancel my subscription I found it very hard to do. There is no phone assistance, only email, and I found my subscription info on the Google Play Store.

I'm paying for Pandora and this app goes to a pink screen, locks up the device and says trying to connect while playing a song. I had plenty of data and wifi and it still says trying to connect. No other app does that only Pandora. Your app has problems. I'm not going to continue paying for an app that does not work.

It honesty sucks! It takes thumbs up a song 3 times for it to recognize that you like it. It says it goes down for maintenance but my coworkers' works just fine. I thought it was my data but every other app works on my phone. I even restarted it to see if that helped. I bought the premium package, but I won't buy it again. Its not worrh it.

Every time I leave the app (not close it) just leave to answer a text message or look up the weather it stops playing music. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled, cleared the cache and logged back in but it still does it. Very annoying that I am paying for something that doesn't work. This all started around the latest update.

The last update made my Pandora LESS usable. I now have to restart it after the screen has been off for a while, or if I pause the music and come back to it or if I am using my phone for anything else and try to come back to the Pandora app. It just shows a blank pink screen for 15 seconds and then says ot can't connect. Gives me the option to have it Retry or Cancel. Cancel just turns off the app. I pay for no commercials too.

Please understand that the commercials are part of the experience. If we are listening to peaceful relaxing music having a loud violent commercial is very unsettling. Thank you and only other thing is the ability to turn app off without force quit which even that sometimes doesn't work. There used to be a way to turn off without exit. No one wants to enter a password to turn it on.

Latest update is horrible. I have a Galaxy S9 and I keep getting the "pink screen" whenever I reopen the app, so I have to kill it and interrupt the music each time. Also, I can no longer manually turn on Offline Mode, so it keeps switching back and forth automatically and interrupting music while I have poor reception (e.g. on subway commute every day). The app experience has become very frustrating, essentially overnight. I'll probably be unsubscribing if these aren't resolved soon.

I've had pandora for the 3 years and just in the past week I get the "we are expecting technical difficulties", "no connection" or I get the pulsating pink screen or a blank screen and if it does play, the songs last about 30 seconds then it changes itself or the app closes itself out and the screen remains blank not allowing me to change stations, like or dislike or change songs. Its frustrating because I love pandora. I've done plenty of reboots, uninstall and reinstall, shutdowns.Nada helps.

I did the pandora plus service and am really not happy with it. The offline service went out constantly and never seemed to work when I needed it to. I got it for when I went out of service range while traveling. It was highly disappointing and frustrating. I kinda expected to receive some notice when the free trial ended but didn't, my bad... but was extremely irritated when the charge came for a service that did not work at all as advertised. Wish I hadn't wasted $! Stick to the free version!!

What happened with the latest update?!?! I pay for the use of this app, yet my screen keeps turning pink, saying it can't connect even when I have full service and WiFi, then I have to force close it and reopen it. Why do I pay money for something I can barely use? Fix the bug or I won't be continuing to use this app.

This morning it starting playing a single beep after every song plays. If I skip a song manually i get 3 beeps. Also, when i first start app it starts in offline mode and takes about 10 minutes to switch to online mode whether i am on wifi or network with strong signal. Galaxy S10e/Tmobile. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing. Other than that 5 stars. Next day. the volume is not staying steady Wifi or network. I have tried all settings high,medium and low. One song loud, next one soft.

It was working great and listening to it in my car using bluetooth. But for the last week when I try to back out of Pandora it goes to a redish pink screen and can't get it to do anything. I have seen from the reviews that everyone is having the same problem. You need to fix this before I will download this app again.

All that shows on my phone is a pink screen. Pandora is my #1 music app i love it but now after this update, when i want to look something up or change the station, if i lock my phone then unlock it i have to back out of the app and restart it. Ever since the new update, pandora is not working right. You go in and start it and it's fine. Leave the pandora page to answer a text or browse the web and when you go back theres nothing but a pink screen. Have to close the app and reopen. Very frustrating. I'm an avid user of this app. I seriously love pandora. But after this latest update the app has completely stopped working. It will start up long enough to press 1 of my stations then emedetly stop. Of course I love Pandora and creating my own stations. My big issue with the app is it is continuously glitching now since the last couple updates. Pink screen, and constant messages that it's having technical difficulties. It will fortunately run somewhat smoothly in the background but if I switch to it from any other app it often crashes and gives me the pink screen. Also, it often thinks I don't have a connection and goes to offline mode which is definitely a big that need fixing, so 3 stars.

I don't know what the issue is with this update, but when I leave it idle it just has a pink screen with the version 1910.1. I have to close all the way out and go back in. It wasn't happening before and my other apps don't do that. It's not my phone either. It's very annoying after I just came back to Pandora. Please fix this. πŸ™

The newest update really sucks. If you pause the song and have your phone close, when you reopen your phone the song is gone because the app automatically closed. Then it restarts and picks a new song. So irritating 😑😠😑😠 *UPDATE* It was updated and again and now it keeps freezing saying no connection and asking to retry, but it won't even connect then. Always some sort of problem and they always ignore me as well, smh.

You can't share this anymore. This blows! Now I have been dealing with another issue and no answers, resolve, updates, or solutions! No one has contacting me either and only sends me this generic email with all of the basic steps to follow, but still nothing! Hass anyone else experiencing the screen blanking out with a hot pink screen that it's freezing up Come on!

Love the app, though I agree more variety needs to be added. If I start listening to a station say, for half an hour, I'll hear that same batch of songs the next time I play that station, even if the order is different. Also having that magenta screen/connection problem with this new update when I back out of the app using the return button. I have to shut down the app completely if I want it to go away. If I just hit my 'home' button, no magenta screen... but it shouldn't be there either way.

I really enjoy listening to Pandora. I really like that it is not limited to just certain genres. There are so many different stations to choose from or u can create ur own. Now they have the option to get a membership which takes away all ads n it also saves ur data. Not to mention it is a whole lot cheaper than any other music app I know of. Five stars for Pandora!!!!!

You finally broke this fine app. It never had so many bugs thanks to recent update. It constantly crashes when trying to get to it from the lock screen. When reopening from the foreground it gets stuck in a red screen then a dialogue appears saying it timed out and asking to either retry or cancel which the only working option is canceling, shutting down the app for good. Not to mention that ALL of this happens while the music is still playing. Good jerb.

Almost everytime I go to open it bavk up while playing it glitches and puts a solid pink screen, maybe a part of the most recent update? Don't know but as the algorithm seems to only get worse, and ads only seem to increase I'd rather whistle to myself than continue using this. I am having issues with my Pandora as well it started yesterday all of a sudden my screen goes to Ted and I can see my Pandora. Also my songs are playing for the first 60 seconds then switches to another son as if its playing demos it does not play an entire song. How do I fix this. Love this app, I prefer it over spotify and google play music. Only thing with the last update if you press back to many times the screen goes pink and doesn't allow you to do anything. You have to close the app completely and reopen it. Also if you thumbs up too much then that's all you'll hear is your thumbs up songs, the variety gets stale.

Not a fan of the latest update. Music no longer plays upon opening the app so it takes longer to get music playing. It opens to some awful "home/discovery" screen instead of my list of stations so again, a needless hassle to play my music. Not to mention the atrocious ads. So cringe worthy. I would never pay premium when an app continues to release game changing (for the worse) updates. This is the worst this far and my first time reviewing. If I wanted a "discovery" feature I'd use spotify.

Latest update has caused problems for me. If I try to switch stations or simply exit out to another app, I get a blank magenta screen that then pops open a dialog box telling me "Waiting for connection. Try again?" I'm forced to hard exit the program and re-open to do anything on the phone. No response from Pandora to the issue. I may let my subscription run out and move on to another service at this rate.

As many other reviewers have mentioned, I'm having the "magenta screen" issue with the latest update. I have to force close the app to change stations, utterly ridiculous. I really enjoy the actual service, and pay for plus, but every update seems to come with new issues. I can't remember the last time the app worked well. It's getting incredibly frustrating and I can't seem to understand how the quality team at Pandora consistently seems the drop the ball with these updates.

Your new update sucks. The app won't open if I try to open it from my phones homescreen. I now have to go into the menu just to get it to play and now when it plays music it only plays half the song then stops. So then I have to click to the next song and it stops as well. Sorry but if I'm paying for the premium I expect the whole song to play.

It has not been playing one full song, it will kee crashing & I have to restart it. It's become pretty annoying. & I've tried looking if there are any new updates to be made but there isn't, it had been working just fine in the past. This app was really great at first, loved it, but now it doesn't play any music unless I'm on the app, I can't draw or anything with the music playing, it'll just stop. If you can fix this I'd appreciate it, for now this app is pretty much useless.

The ONLY reason I'm giving pandora 3 stars is because I cant do anything with the app because I get the red screen. I am paying for this service. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years. People say it works now... no it doesn't. It did for not even half a day and then went back to being red. I'd hate to go to spotify.

The app is freezing!!! I keep getting a reddish pink screen and down in the bottom right hand side it says 1910.1 and nothing comes up, the music is running in the background but i cant see anything. The algorithm is great, I love the songs Pandora suggests. They understand my music taste well. However, I hate to ads so I switched to premium, and am Dissapointed with the features. PLEASE add a play next feature so that if you are listening to a station, you can play a specific song and the station start again after the song is over

I don't know why but pandora works excellent for a time and the starts to mess up, before it will just shut down for no reason, now I can see anything else in my phone if I'm using the app, I want to use any other app and the screen goes pink and freeze, every time I have to shut down pandora so I can use my phone.

Thank you for working with Google to address alarm clock issues. New PROBLEM 1: as of October, launch produces all pink screen, number 1910.1 in lower right corner, then says no connection. I AM CONNECTED! Old Problem 2: Text size on Fire TV is impossible to read. Lots of free space on screen, USE A NORMAL FONT SIZE! Overall: Service itself very good music wise.

10/14/19- seems red screen issue resolved. Now if it would stop skipping that would be great. 10/13/19- Most recent now it's giving me a blank pink/red blank screen and now can't do anything! Y'all keep making this app worse and worse. Was perfect but for the past week won't allow me to go to previous track. When swiping right to go to previous track it just jumps back to current song.

Maybe I am just remembering it wrong. But when pandora first came about, before smart phones, the adds were less and the variety of music per station was better. If I listen to the same station all day during commutes. About two hours worth of time, I will hear some songs as many as five times. With the average play of a song being three times. Adds used to be one 30 second bit. But in the last two years it has become more frequent with all of them being doubled up to create a one minute span.

Worked great until recently. Lately, on my hour long drive to work, it will play for a few minutes of a song and then shut off. It is very frustrating: even tried searching Google for answers, but nothing has helped. Might just delete the app all together. Edit: After uninstalling and reinstalling like 3 times, it finally seems to work like normal. Not sure what the hiccup was, but I'm glad it worked itself out. Might even subscribe to the paid service.

You have to navigate through too many menus to get to the sleep timer. Sometimes the app will start back up after the sleep timer stops play. There should be more options for sleep (specifically, to let the song that is playing finish). I would like options to change stations at the end of the current song that is playing.

Better than the original Sirius Xm. I've had Sirius Xm for 16 years. That's a LOT of money! It's a lot like cable tv, lots of stations but not necessarily the ones you want. I want Blues and Rock, that's all. Pandora has been an absolute gem. I get my "personalized " stations and NO dj's. Just the music I love. Now I get lots of Blues and some really great Irish Pub music, FOR FREE!! I truly hope Pandora does not become corrupted as part of the new partnership.

Meh! Most recent update will not let you use other apps such as messaging without being able to load back to current screen. Will give an error message stating that it connot connect to the network with two options available (retry or cancel) retry just loops back to the same pop up message and cancel just closes the app completely. I guess sucks for you if you get a message whilst listening to some music. Continue listening or check messageπŸ€”

I have been a loyal Pandora user for years, enough to pay for it but it has started turning off before the first song is even over. I tried to restart my phone and update the app. Breaks my heart but I will be unsubscribing and deleting the app. There is no point in having a music app that lets you hear half a song.

Even if you pay for premium you still have to deal with commercials if you're interested in specific songs. Certain songs aren't replayable even with premium. And now even after watching a 30 second add, some songs won't play at all. Basically, there's no reason to get premium. Stick with the basic free version. Edit - the app now freezes pink and doesn't respond very regularly, so it may have gotten worse. Still stick with basic.

I like the music choices, but wish I could rewind sometimes. I like to hear all content, and sometimes I don't understand. Mostly I wish it didn't use so much data. I went on vacation, and ran out of data, and then the buffering start's. Don't edit the artist. Don't play the music if you can't handle curse words. I won't pay for music that is edited, and if pay channels can curse, and show nudity you can do it also. Curse of course!

I pay for a service that keeps having problems. I have to uninstall then redo all downloads. very frustrating. 8 months after the above post and Pandora still has not fixed this issue. It's not the phone. I've had the same problem with 3 different phones. App keeps closing and flashes an option to send feedback that disappears to fast that you can't send the feedback. One more time I'll give Pandora the chance to fix this. Otherwise I'm done.

Keep getting blank screens (all pink( so cannot skip song or give thumbs up. Being forced to restart app. This happens on regular basis (8-10 times/day. There should be an EASY way to correct thumbs down songs... we all make mistakes! This was done by accident, and I cannot add this song back to thumbs up. This should be as easy as a swipe or long press.

I had been using the free version of Pandora for quite some time and it was doing very well for me. I am just a divorced lunch lady with a low income and have many bills and cannot add more no matter how small they seem ... anyway, now when I play Pandora, it will play half my song and then shut off and it breaks my heart because I counted on it everyday to lift my spirits

Accessing the app is difficult, as it jumps to 3 different logins. When help is elicited online, you get sent on a revolving internet maze with no help. In addition, trying to cancel the subscription is not easily done. If you try, you're just sent to another internet site with no way to do it. Like the music, but accessing the app is very annoying.

Seems to only work in summer on the golf course for my husband. No longer works reliably in the setting I typically use it --- can only listen 1/2 a song when I used to listen all day. There's also no way to check for updates like with other apps. I've been a long-time subscriber to the premium service, but I'm considering changing to another service.

I use it for most of music wants. But my needs are still only met on spotify for free. Where you need a premium account here. And that's not fair. I love the aspects of your ad policies too. They are far more consumer friendly and not nearly as long as spotify. We as a family prefer Pandora over spotify. Just when there's that burning desire to hear one song particular spotify in your daily playlists. You can select any track giving you over 100 tracks you've already thumbed up. My opinion only

Long time user - this latest update has my app crashing consistently. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, "force stop" in my app settings, turning my phone off and back matter what I try, the app automatically goes to the send feedback screen and won't even open. Please fix this issue so I can use my favorite app!

I loved this app. But about a week or so ago it started glitching. For example, say I just opened this app 5 minutes in when I try to thumbs up a song I can't my app stays frozen on a pink screen. I can't see anything else. The music keeps going but i cant see the name of the song or album.I try going back but it doesn't do anything. I even close out of the app and it's ok for a little bit but goes back to that. I even uninstalled to see if that worked and nothing. It keeps doing it.. please fix.

I recently switched from YouTube music and I absolutely this app! I dont have to search and add songs manually like I did on youtube. All I have to do is enter an artist/band and it plays their top hits and similar artists. The best part is its only $4.99 or $9.99, where YouTube costs $12.99 a month πŸ˜’ Ive only had this app for 4 days but Im loving it so far 😍 I highly reccomend this app πŸ‘

At one time was the only app i listed to music on. Now everything is upgrade this and pay for that. Im more than happy to listen to the commercial interruptions for good music. Having upgrade to premium shoved in my face every turn is beyond getting over. Ive used this app since 2009. Im uninstalling after trying for 3 days to make new stations to listen to and it not happening cause im not premium.

I've been having an issue for a week or 2 now,. Upon start or just openingr opening app while music is playing,, it doesn't work. Shows a reddish pink screen but music is still playing. Not a big issue, just sort of annoying and I use pandora on my commute everyday. Any setting I need to fix or are you guys aware of this and working on it ? On the contrary, love the updates, and I'm loving the music

I loved this app. And still do but the last update ruined the app and now I can't run pandora in the background because when I go to reopen the app I get a pink screen and it says "awaiting connection" and asks me to retry but nothing happens. Forcing me to restart the app everytime I want to switch between apps. Plz fix and then this app would definitely deserve 5 stars

I love so much this app but.. the latest update the app stops playing the session of music I was listening when I turn off my cellphone to do something or even when I want to do my lesson or play any games on my phone while listening the music on background but now.. after this update it stopped, Can you/y'all fix this plz? Not only me this happens but for other people too

Just cancelled my subscription after being a loyal subscriber for 2 years now. For the past few months it's been nothing but problems. First I couldn't connect to my offline stations and now the offline stations repeat the same music over and over. They've changed to a less user friendly interface. It's just not worth paying for anymore.

I have had Pandora in some form since about 2008, on my desktop pc when it was completely free and zero ads. Since then, they sold out for ad space, most are skippable in some fashion though, started charging members, and stability of the app has significantly dropped. Slightest change in network it buffers, open the app it freezes or buffers, middle of a good song? Buffers, or force closes. Today I uninstalled and reinstalled the app in hope to resolve the issue. We shall see.

I installed the latest update for Pandora tonight. I'M SO DISAPPOINTED! This is the first time I have heard commercials play right in the middle of a song, while I have an hour of uninterrupted listening. WOW! I guess the word "Uninterrupted" means something different to Pandora than it does to me. Something is very wrong with this station where this latest update is concerned. Please fix the problem Pandora. This is NOT the way to get people to upgrade to premium. It's how you lose listeners!

I Loved Loved Loved Pandora, Especially when I found the alarm!!! But, Now they took it away and tell you to use the Google Alarm. I switched and I HATE IT! There is NO volume on the alarm like Pandora did and it goes off @ 50% volume and startles me Every Morning! Will change back to 5 stars IF you put it back. I have a premium acct and after last update the app has been crashing halfway through the first song, extremely annoying! I've noticed that many people have been dealing with this same issue, but when they leave a comment, pandora contact sends out a generic response saying "to contact customer support"....well how about this pandora, just answer why this is happening and tell us how we/you can fix this, and stop making us wait for your email response.

Normally, I'd give 5 stars, but latest update causes issues. If you let music play in the background while you do something in another app, you will not be able to re-open Pandora. You will instead get a magenta screen that won't be able to connect to your session. If I want to rate a song or change stations, I'll need to force quit and restart Pandora. Please address in the next update. I want to give this 5 stars, because the interface is generally better than Spotify!

My second review because my Pandora is still showing me the red screen. I love pandora. I am subscribed and have enjoyed it for years. With this last update there seems to be some issues. I have the red screen happening and now my songs are stopping half way through and switching songs. I would hate to cancel my subscription but if this doesn't get fixed I will have no choice.

It's crazy that I rated this one star and my entire review has been removed. You remove reviews so you can fluff your rating so more people can buy this. I do not reccomend this app. Once you pick a song it does not allow you to go back on or change stations. It just freezes on a pink screen and fails to connect over and over. I have to close the app entirely and re open it to change stations. I feel bad for whoever's paying for this and if I was you I would demand my money back. Trash.

Auto starts on it's own, whenever it wants. I won't have pandora on, and it'll start playing music. Or after I disconnect it from my car's stereo, it'll stop, but then randomly turn back on 10-15 min later. It's really frustrating, because I'll be out in public or ar work, and all of the sudden my phone starts blaring.
