Excellent app. They need to work on synchronization of profiles. Sometimes one child's icon is highlighted while a different child's settings are shown. Often a message pops up at the bottom complaining about some connectivity issue. That's a bad design. Otherwise it works great.

Helpful app, have been using for about 7 years with phones and tablets. Overall our experience has been good and it has save lots of arguments over device use and screen time. It has a few bugs to deal with, is a little fiddly to setup and the gps locator isn't terribly accurate but positives far outweigh these.

Works good for blocking apps and limiting time. The upgraded version allows for you to recieve screen shots of anything deemed inappropriate, i.e. swearing, sexual content, alchol, etc. This does NOT pick those up! I confiscated my childs phone to see that they were texting inappropriately and the app did NOT pick any of that up! You mist srill check your childs phone, and hope they don't delete before you can check.

This app works well, it can block any apps but the problem that the app laggs too much like when i use the app and it suddenly lock it made a very hard lagg but good actually well it does a bit better than family link i think

I have the premium version for my kids phones and tablets. They have samsung phones the the app is awesome. Set it up once and that's it. It sucks for the ipad. I can't have it do the screen shots without their permission and it keeps disconnecting the app and has to be set up again and again. I would recommend for android devices, but not apple You need need a computer to set it up the 1st time

This app is a disgrace to technology, only a week after downloading this my children have become less social then they have ever been. Lost contact with friends, felt controlled, turned rebellious and many others. Apps such as these shouldn't even exist, rather than control and confinement we should talk and compromise. 1/5!

Kids easily uninstalled the app. Ourpact Jr is also designed for really young children and does not appeal to teens. Individual app usage time is not displayed which would be useful for knowing which apps the kids are using the most as well as app time when ourpact does not work. The app also locks their phones if not connected to wifi. Looking elsewhere for an app that can't be uninstalled, tracks app time, works off wifi and where ux appeals to teens.

I hate to give apps a one star because i know it's hard work to put together. I tried this for iPhone and it was just so difficult to even get stated using it because it went thru 30 minutes of backing up onto my laptop and then it said the Phone didnt have enough storage to continue the installation process. I had to pay for the app to find out that it doesnt work on the phone i need it to use it on. I emailed support and no response. I have uninstalled it and will keep looking.

The app used to do a lot of things well, but recently it struggles. It used to sync changes automatically but for the past 2 months the app on the child's device needs to be opened to sync. I went to the website for a solution and read to contact tech support. After a few emails I got response. I will be uninstalling and using a different app
