Does not accept international phone numbers no matter how you format. I tried dozens of times error, error, error. You can only buy online so I could not take this train even though it would have been cheaper.

I Feel like i'm getting scammed, because they clearly display that exchange fees are free until d-3 of travel, yet they still try To make me pay them even a week before travel. Outrageous.

A railroad app should be able to provide the following tasks: - To book a ticket - Displaying booked tickets (including car and seat number) - Indicating from which platform the train leaves - Showing train delays - and being available in different languages (at least English). The OUIGO app does only one of the above: one can book a ticket. It does not display the booked ticket including the bar code. Once you booked a ticket on the PC one has to upload it into the app. Even if one does it, the app does not show the ticket. The app doesn't provide any of the other information listed above. The app is only available in French. The OUIGO app is very limited and not at a level of many other rail apps across Europe.

Very poor. The app is not able to process payments. I assume this is because I am using international cards. The system doesn't even fail correctly: it just says try later with no explanation. The management needs to see this: their company is losing money because of this!

Poorly made app with a lot of cringey wording. It also features a questionnable UI and takes a lot of place in the phone storage. Changing tickets cost as much aas the ticket itself, even if it's advertised for free.

Can not get tickets from the app for more than 2 months already, are you willing to fix that or should i stop using your app?? That's the second or third trip tickets can not be gathered by the app.

This application is rubbish... You enter your email and reference number and the app tell you its not correct.. If you tried to use the feature 'reference forgotten' asap you enter the date the app crash every time.. Worst app ever..

Does not allow me to buy tickets because of bugs in the phone number validation. Also-ran rejects credit cards for no reason. Unusable.

Used to like the app, but now it shows every ticket that I've ever loaded. Have to scroll through a year of old tickets to find my current one 😑
