Installed the App and it was working when in the store. About 20 mins in it suddenly started to refresh...forever...I Uninstalled and reinstalled repeatedly and deleted and reactivated. Now it will never access ANY local stores. I called app help line and they can't fix it and did not call back with solution it has been stressssssful and a waste of time. The OTC network needs to find a company that provides an app that works and get rid of this company they are totally wasting money on !!!!

I don't understand how to use this app. Can't see where to sign out and as soon as I signed in I got signed out of the desktop and won't let me back in. Doesn't even seem of much value and next year it will be even less.

There are OTC cards with more than 10 digits that cannot be entered. The app needs an update for cards with more than 10 digits.

Why isn't there a list of available products? Why do I have to go into the stores and scan every product to learn if it is an authorized product? (1) I cannot leave the house because of medical conditions (2) For anyone using OTC it would be extremly helpful to see all the authorrized products at once in the same place. Please do something about this situation. Thank you.

I've had the same insurance for years first year great for the last two years nothing and I've been to the doctor a lot I don't understand why none of my last years doctor visits I didn't receive anything?
