How to install OS 9 Launcher QHD v1.7.4 on Android API 14+

- Grab com.neonstudio.launcher.nine_62.apk — hit the Download button above (8.6 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
