Forced to download this app after DPD did not do their job and marked my package as delivered on the Amazon app with 0 information as to where my package is. On their app the teacker clearly shows no attempt was made to deliver to my house and instead they dropped off the package to a nearby station. At least this info wasn't hidden behind 50 menus. Very unprofessional, would never use this company myself.

If you stay in Germany please don't use this service. The app is designed to give fake live locations and fake reasons. They are a scam. No proper support. If you have to call them they charge you and they do not pickup. So, don't call them. Best is to not use this service.

The worst parcel delivery company, my packages were delivered on the app but never reached my house , even the support , i paid more than 24 euros to call them and they leave you on the line for 20 minutes each time because the call costs 60 cents/minute . Never solve your issue . Fraud , stealing and very ignorant company.

Please don't ever use DPD. They will never even try to deliver to your house. Packages are redirected to a nearby DPD pickup point which is never the nearest. Shame on you DPD. My last 3-4 packages were not delivered to my home even though they were heavy packages. Check past few reviews - all user complains are the same. That's the business model. Save money for last mile delivery but take the money for the service. Fraudsters ! Will never use them.

At 12:30 tells me that my packet will be delivered, but at 12:35 tells me that my packet is 60 km away because it can not be delivered, but i gived deposit ok.

Very good app, easy to use and fast. Would be cool to have a dark mode and to see the history of how the tracking or car position progressed over time.

Worst postal service. The packet wasn't given to me but was sent back to the sender and have told them that I didn't wanted it. The craziest thing a post could do I had waited for 2 weeks for the packet and after 2 weeks got aware of it from the sender. No ways to use this post again ever.

Worst postal service in Germany. you have pay to talk to their customer service and they have the worst possible customer service attitude. I'm giving 1 star only because i have to otherwise they don't even deserve that.
