This app had been working fine, but now every time I try to do a deposit, when I tap to take the picture it takes me back to the login screen. ***Update: uninstalling & reinstalling finally worked to let me do a mobile deposit.*** But, my wife also used to be able to use this app on her older phone, but when she had to reset her phone, the app was no longer available for her to download on the play store.

Not sure what happened to this app but the mobile deposit only works about half the time when b4 I never had any issues. Now I keep getting stupid errors like "Deposit rejected due to deposit policy" or "Check may have been deposited before". Really? How stupid is that, I'm holding the check that I just received and the stupid app thinks it's already been deposited....wow. Hey devs, fix your stupid "blanking" app. What's the point of having mobile deposit if I still have to go to a branch?

Quality and functionality has dropped significantly. I previously had a 5 star rating but now the app doesn't recognize my fingerprint and after every transfer I need to reboot the app so paying bills is a huge pain since every transfer requires my full bank password to get back in

Easy. Would have given a 5 but sometimes I have to retake the pictures a couple of times. And it takes a while for the deposit to show up while going to the cedit union is immediate.

Very frustrating this time. It told me to keep moving away from the check and then said I entered the wrong numbers. Still better than riding this godawful wheelchair in the heat.

They removed the fingerprint login feature. I looked deep into the settings and finally found out how to turn it on again. Then they removed it yet again!
