Worst. Bank. Ever. I've had accounts through numerous banks across the country and this credit union fails me every time. It seems they have It issues every couple weeks. Can't use the app or desktop because they are always down for things. So I called the bank. It's pay day after all. Asked how much I have in the bank. They can't even tell me on their end because they are also down. Seriously. When people can't access their money, it tends to leave a bad taste. I'm done with this bank.

Since the most recent update the app has been trash. I've been an RMCU member for nearly 22 years and I've never had more difficulty accessing my account information than I do with this app.

Very easy to use, and quite fast on my moto g6 (budget smartphone). Allows me access to all my accounts, transfers, loans, personal information, etc. Does more and is easier to use than my big-budget banking apps.

Since the update and the bank fixing their online issues, this app now works the way it's supposed to. I can access my accounts and make transfers much faster and easier now! :)

It locks me out all the time, I can get in every once in 6 months if I'm lucky. Fortunately it's not my main bank or I would leave, but I will no longer need when my loan is payed off, if I could ever get in to see how much I have left.
