(Mobile Phone Use) Only thing this app is good for is paying your bill and chatting with customer service. Anything else you need to log in with a computer to make changes to your account. When you try to let's say upgrade your speed a black screen will block your view so you can't do anything.

HORRENDOUS. I WOULD GIVE IT NO STARS. what kind of app is this that you cannot troubleshoot you modem. Everytime I'm connected to an agent it cuts me off after 4 min each time been through 3 of them in less that 12 min. You guys need to do better.

Unless you're looking to see a copy of your bill, this app is useless. Every item just points to their website (which points you back to the app). Do yourself a favor and skip this app.

I have optimum wifi from last 1 year and keep trying to connect optimum wifi Hotspot but it's not working, everytime I try but always shows me error even I contacted customer service and it says all our representatives are busy at this time please wait. How long do I have to wait? I waited almost an hour for customer service but no response from them I even contacted customer service through emil but I didn't get any response from their either. I better change my wifi from optimum to verizon.

This app is nothing more then bill assistant. Chat is absolutely trash and it needs to be improved. If I leave optimum service, this will be one of the few reasons. It really makes the experience very very very unpleasant and frustrating.

I can't enroll in autopay to pay my bill, won't save any card I try to put in autopay, autopay won't autopay, this is embarrassing for optimum.
