How to install Optima Mobile Dialer v1.6.1 on Android API 10+

- Grab com.improlabs.odial_40.apk — hit the Download button above (1.6 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
