Very handy and user friendly. Scored lower because there is absolutely no way of emailing customer service without clicking through a myriad of FAQ links. Once there none of the links work. Got a ticket while paying for street parking and no recourse but to pay the fine I guess...

Didn't work. Tried it once. The car park in Paris did not recognise my car licence plate, nor the back up QR code. Quite stressful, then the poor car park attendant had to work quite had to collect our details and let us out. Won't be using again. OnePark.fr is much more reliable in Paris.

We are having problems similar to those mentioned. I have sent several messages to "customer service " - no reply and no resolution. Still struggling with it, as I have paid through Nov. 13. Never again with this company.

The instructions and help FAQS are for marketing not real answers. Tried using it at on the street and got two options- 30 minutes or 24 hours. Why? No Faq for explanation. Cannot enter car on my phone and my wife's phone.

Charging triple than the actual cost. Received a so called bill for 1.5€ but was charged 4.6€ on the card. This happened twice already. UPDATE: looks like the payment was just allocated in advance for a bigger value but when it was settled the final value was correct. Suggestion: you could update the payment process somehow or add a notification/ balloon/ banner to let people know that it can be an additional initial cost for bank payment that will not reflect in the end charge. Plus point: the reminder for renew of local/visitor short term parking is quite useful and can help you avoid fines.

Very unhappy with the support. I am parking at auchan and getting their parking vouchers. I scanned the vouchers every time but twice I got billed on my credit card even if the invoice says 0 - the entire sum is discounted. Requested a full refund but support is simply ignoring my requests.

Not great. I was charged for an indigo session that I was not aware of having somebody else car registered in my list for occasional use. At no time they let you know that a session can be started without your consent by an external partner. They just notify you that the session they started without you knowing about, looks a little bit too long after a certain time. I explained the issue to the customer service. They still charged me. Update: I have been refunded.

The checking process of the credit card is buggy, and the app doesn't let you chose a parking spot. Not worth it!
