How to install OpenGL ES 2.0 Effects Demo v1.39 on Android API 8+

- Grab demo.openglV2.android_21.apk — hit the Download button above (984.7 KB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
