Really bad app. And the costumer "service" is a joke. I have gotten the wrong items several times and have to fight to get my money back, even though I have photos of the wrong items. Instead of repayment the costumer service wants to give a voucher that you are forced to use by buying even more stuff + handling fees and delivery costs. Shame on this tyranical company. A lot of my friends have the same bad experience from this bogus company.

I like the new functions even if there needs to be some quality improvements when ordering groceries. Love the new "Skattkistan" deals! Makes it worth it. What is most annoying is that it is too common for delivery guys to call to try you make go out of your building for them. Foodora should make it a rule that they don't if the door is unlocked - why should I do their job for them (and pay)? The whole point about delivery is that you don't have to go outside.

Sometimes it works as intended. But there is an issue with drivers not finding the correct address and it is near impossible to get a hold of customer service - since you're chatting with a bot that doesn't recognize the situation.

Often not on time, estimated delivery slowly creeping up so to not give you any chance to plan ahead either. App has issues with payment, crashes easily and seems generally unstable.

It adverts free shipping around your house but obliges you to pay 250 kr to get it. It was so small that i saw it too late. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! DO NOT USE FOODORA. Just wait for uber eat to come to your city

This app needs to add a section for reviewing the courier. They disregard the delivery instructions 9/10 times. The app works fine most of the time but the service from the couriers is horrendous. We need to be able to rate them just as so many other apps allow you to. Why is there even a delivery instructions section if the courier can choose to ignore them without consequence? Especially now with covid this is a huge safety issue. Do better.

Officially the worst delivery service in Sweden. Have a problem with your order? Did the estimated delivery time TRIPLE once you placed your order? Too bad - you can't cancel it, or contact support - the app just tells you to call the restaurant. The restaurant is always confused, saying Foodora should handle it. But you have no way of getting on contact with Foodora through the app options. The delivery drivers all have massive problems finding their way, and never obey no-contact rules.
