Everytime you leave the app even for a second, your search is cancelled and you have to start again. You could be half way through a 20 page search and have to start again. Or just be about to book a holidat and it will cancel it all off and you have to start again. Rubbish...

Excellent app. Very easy to use, best prices and the proces are always live. The "Holiday Finder" tab has suddenly stopped working properly. You could leave it blank and the app would search everywhere, now it forces you to pick a destination. I've removed 2 stars till it's put back because its just plain stupid. If I leave it blank, it means I want to sea what there is. If I have somewhere specific I want to go, I'll say so in the box provided

Only travel company I will recommend, I made the choice in march to apply for a refund of my holiday that was cancelled. On the beach sent back my transfers and hotels within 7 days, they sent me an email at the begining letting me know they where having issues with ryan air and struggling to get the rest of my refund. I have received all my money back now. I choose not to contact them and allow them the time to sort my issues I am happy to say all is sorted, will be using them again. Thank you.

Terrible app. It is so basic and half of the options don't work. You can't contact anyone by phone, I have emailed 5 times over the space of 4 weeks and had no respinse. You would get better support booking direct with the hotel and then with the airline via Trivago and Skyscanner. The most pointless middle man I have ever encountered. They actually caused more complications and issues than help. DO NOT USE THEM

I like the app but with dates ... It needs to revert back to the whole monthly search (this gives people the cheapest dates straightaway ) and the option to choose a specific date with 2 days either side of your chosen date for price comparison etc. And why take away the all destinations search ... this was a good way to see what destinations were cheapest at the minute etc ...now that means going into every destination 1 by 1 . So it has become less user friendly. Philip R
