How to install On-screen Ruler(Free) v1.19_free on Android API 16+

  1. Grab com.needjava.screenrulerfree_19.apk — hit the Download button above (1.7 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
