How to install Oblique Strategies v1.0.2 on Android API 4+

- Grab org.multiply.strategies.oblique_3.apk — hit the Download button above (37.1 KB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
