This worked well for 3 months, now won't measure sleep, doesn't update the gps correctly, so won't record anything outdoors, isn't in the slightest bit accurate when it does record...best avoided.

This was great for a few months but then the app updated very recently and now it won't sync at all! Very annoying 😑

Absolute rubbish watch & App. Don't buy a Nuband! If you can get it to synch, some functions may work for a while, then it stops tracking sleep. The only way I can find to get it working again is to reset. This brings in sleep data stored in the watch, but loses all other data stored in the app! No online backup. App messaging to company doesn't work (various http errors). Bluetooth very temperamental. GPS tracking mostly doesn't work. Notifications hardly ever work. What a piece of junk!

Watch is great quality but the app not so much. Worked great earlier in the year but after not using it for a few months I come back to it and it won't record my heart rate automatically over time no matter how much I change the setting. This was very important as I have a heart condition so need to monitor this regularly. Records steps fine but anything over periods of time like HR or sleep it just has no record of. Syndrochising seems to never end.

only works one day 😬Let someone fix the app. I bought a smart band and the band is ok.But the app. It just turns off and it's annoying Uninstall twice and it still does not work 😠. Let someone move and fix it I have the impression that the company has tried and corrects the problem. Thank you

the app wont pair with my device. installed the new version today and still no luck. ive even emailed nuband to try and sort it but so far after several emails exchanged still wont work. looks like i'll be returning it to the shop. very disapointed as it looks like a great gadget.

Started ok for a couple of months. Then the Bluetooth stopped connecting. Had to reinstall app.i have had the nuband pro for 18 months trouble all the way. Largest prob gps is not working. Tells me I have cycled 2.1/2 hours and travels 0.02 miles . Waste if money.

29 August and still no response from you. What does it taje to get a reply?? I will definitely not recommend your product to anyone. In fact, I'll actively work to discourage people from buying it. The app is not syncing with the band, and has not done so for over a week. I've had no response from you with all the messages I've sent so far. I may as well throw it away for all the good it currently is.

This app works really well. I got the nuband Pro watch for Christmas and it is really good. To those who are saying that the app keeps crashing when you open it, the app might not be updated. My app wasn't updated and it kept crashing when I was opening it. When I updated the app, it was working fine again.

Downloaded after buying a fitness tracker, Functionality ok but very clunky, user interface is not very intuitive and the app crashes alot, this app is in desperate need of bug fixes and proper devolopment especially since it is linked to hardware sales!
