How to install Notifications for Android TV v3.6.2 on Android API 14+

- Grab de.cyberdream.androidtv.notifications.google_154.apk — hit the Download button above (3.5 MB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
