P.S. У кого есть возможность подскажите шаблон для пункта 2. Сейчас использую [^(+\\d$)] в методе .replaceAll("[^(+\\d$)]", "").

How to install Normalizer phone number v1.0 on Android API 5+

- Grab ru.aitk.contactphoneedit_4.apk — hit the Download button above (26.5 KB). If your browser warns about APK files, choose Keep or Download anyway — that warning fires on every APK, not just this one.
