After trying out virtually every task management app, I'm sticking to Nirvana. The GTD method needs some learning, but it offers an orderly space to fit the complexity of a busy mind. It's like the Eisenhower matrix taken a step further. This app makes a great implementation of GTD, and really gives me what I wanted: it keeps my mind clear and focused.

Pretty good for GTD: simple and effective. I would like to see a calendar feature as well.

Amazing app. Practical implementation of the GTD system. Has changed my life.

Crush for no reason, please fix it. Can't open it.

Simply the best. Haven't used a productivity app that works for me as well as this one. The way that tasks are able to be sorted just intuitively works with my brain! I also appreciate being able to toggle a "Later" actions page.

It's great application and i happy that i found it. There is only one thing which annoying me on desktop version: when I write some notes in project section and suppose I switch to reference section the notes in project section didn't save automaticaly and lost. It would be cool to save state of current session or display info message to save changes before leave current section.

I've only just started using it, which is the only reason that I am giving it a 4 versus a 5. I've been using the GTD methodology for several years, and so far this is the best app that meets my needs in organization based on context, and in being able to filter in a way to quickly identify the next action needed at any given moment.

Currently IMHO the best to do app for individuals. (I've tried the top 20 of them) Has web interface. Is $50 for the Pro version. Not the best for team collaboration where you are all working on the same projects, or where you are doing major project management, etc. This is not that. This is an excellent GTD task management app for managing your tasks.

This app is fantastic! I've been using Nirvana since August 2019, and without it, I would probably have never integrated GTD into my life. Its layout is clean, quick, and very aligned with GTD. Some people are saying it doesn't get updated that often; that's true, but there ARE still updates, and they are helpful every time! I like that they are careful not to update too dramatically or too often. Syncing between the phone app and the web app is perfect, as long as you close the phone app before getting on the computer. This app lacks some features that would be helpful, like location-based or time-based reminders. However, you can set tags, group by project, and set due dates, so if you are conscientious about using GTD each day, the app will present you with everything you need. Thanks, Nirvana team! The lifetime purchase was so worth it!

This app works perfectly for GTD. I note most of the complaints seem to focus on time sensitive tasks. Fear not, use your calendar. GTD is not designed to replace a calendar. Email in and out is great. The other complaints seem to be on the lack of updates. why worry? The people at Nirvanahq respond very quickly, the online help is very well set out and 'if it ain't broke don't mess with it. Lifetime use for $50 - bite their hands off- bravo. The best GTD for android and MS windows by a mile.
