I'm giving this app this rating because of constant errors when trying to pay for subscriptions and no response from support. I last tried to update my subscription weeks ago, I got an error again, the money came off of my card yet the subscription never updated and I have not been able to generate invoices since. I got an email saying the money would be returned in 5 to 7 days and up to now it has not been returned. I have tried to email support a number of times and gotten no response.

Stay away from this app. They will charge your cards several times and they dont have the features that they advertise to. The support is not responding to any questions. I subscribed for the annual pro and I did not find the multi user options. I send two emails to support but no reply. I cancelled my subscription and reported the transaction to my bank to return the money.
