Buy the right ticket now directly in the app

As a joint brand, naveo is the new mobility platform of all partner companies in the Aachener Verkehrsverbund (AVV), including local transport in the Rhineland. Do you know when and where the next bus or train leaves? No problem with naveo – and you can now book the right ticket directly in the new naveo app. In addition to single and 24-hour tickets, weekly and monthly tickets are also available online for the first time. The range of tickets will be supplemented in late summer by eezy - the airline tariff that is valid throughout NRW.

The new version of the "naveo" app for trips in the AVV, the Euregio Maas-Rhein and all of NRW offers even more useful features for on the go as well as significant improvements to already known functions.

Now brand new in the naveo app:

+ Tickets for the AVV tariff and the flat-rate tickets for the NRW tariff can be purchased directly in the app. Directly from a route or via the ticket catalogue. More ticket offers will follow.

+ Tab bar for quick switching between route, departures and tickets

+ Ticket button for quick access to your current tickets in the app

+ Destination quick selection: Select your preferred destinations easily using drag & drop. Popular destinations can be set as an icon

The known functions are still available:

+ Multimodal information
- Connection display for bus & train, bicycle, car, car sharing (incl. free vehicles at the next station) or all of them in the mix
- Always display the fastest and best possible connection to the desired destination - in NRW address-specific from door to door

+ Real-time routing
- Connection information mostly with real-time information
- If the connections no longer work, an alternative driving option is displayed

+ alarm function
- Easily activate alarm function for a specific connection or a specific period of time
- Be informed of delays or disruptions by push message

+ Live map
- Track buses & trains with line and real-time information easily via live map
- Follow a vehicle by clicking on it or display the route
- Particularly practical: the filter function according to means of transport
• Bus and train connections and departures in North Rhine-Westphalia and the Euregio Meuse-Rhine
• Construction site information for the AVV and rail traffic throughout NRW

The app requires the following permissions:
- Access to the address book: the addresses stored in the contacts can be used as destinations

- Access location to find the nearest stops and see your position on the map.
