Didn't do what I wanted. App states "Stay on track with the free National Rail Enquiries App, Great Britain’s number one destination for train timetables and travel information." I wanted to download some timetables so I could have some flexibility. Cannot find the option to do that, so have uninstalled the app.

Look, bar the obvious that it looks like it was made in the early 2000's. And bar that it's clunky, unstable, slow and sometimes wrong. It does kind of work. Like not well and not fast. But it can just about tell you how to get from A to B.

Does what it does well: good UX; easy to navigate; information presented clearly. Live train info seems very reliable and useful. But as a public service it should not have ads. It should allow entering location instead of using current, multiple station selection within geographical area, and actual purchase of tickets (which the website version does).

Don't bother, this app needs a major overhaul. I have always used one of the very 'user friendly' competitors to this app, but decided to give this a try and I regretted it instantly. Difficult to use and unclear how to purchase tickets and buy returns.

Glitchy both to set up and use which is highly irritating when you want to look live train departures quickly or work out alternatives when there are cancellations.

On Android 11, samsung equipment: Cons: - The app is cracking down making it impossible to use. - Ads free version is payable. - Basic functions Pros: - Simple design intend for the use Overall/ Poorly tech support. A bug is present for more than 10months in a row.

Used to be easy enough to use and did what it needed, but recently I can never see the train I am actually on. The results always show before and after but I can never check times or stops once the train has actually started moving.

Initially worked well, but in October 2021 started crashing repeatedly. Tried to send feedback via app, but that failed.

A barely functional app that, as well as offering to sell you tickets for trains that don't exist, crashes frequently. Avoid if at all possible.

Great app. I use it all the time but how do u get rid of searches. I have multiple same trip searches... I need the ability to long press and remove... Zero improvement.
