requires following permissions on your android device.

approximate location (network-based)
Allows the app to get your approximate location. This location is derived by location services using network location sources such as cell towers and Wi-Fi. These location services must be turned on and available to your device for the app to use them. Apps may use this to determine approximately where you are.

precise location (GPS and network-based)
Allows the app to get your precise location using the Global Positioning System (GPS) or network location sources such as cell towers and Wi-Fi. These location services must be turned on and available to your device for the app to use them. Apps may use this to determine where you are, and may consume additional battery power.

access extra location provider commands
Allows the app to access extra location provider commands. This may allow the app to to interfere with the operation of the GPS or other location sources.

view network connections
Allows the app to view information about network connections such as which networks exist and are connected.

full network access
Allows the app to create network sockets and use custom network protocols. The browser and other applications provide means to send data to the internet, so this permission is not required to send data to the internet.

run at startup
Allows the app to have itself started as soon as the system has finished booting. This can make it take longer to start the phone and allow the app to slow down the overall phone by always running.

control vibration
Allows the app to control the vibrator.

prevent phone from sleeping
Allows the app to prevent the phone from going to sleep.

add or modify calendar events and send email to guests without owners' knowledge
Allows the app to add, remove, change events that you can modify on your phone, including those of friends or co-workers. This may allow the app to send messages that appear to come from calendar owners, or modify events without the owners' knowledge.

Google Play Reviews

  1. guest-avatar

Currently using on Pixel 2 with Android 10. The journey planner and the live trains view are mostly fine bar a few quirks. Aside from that the app feels like it has been largely neglected. There are some pretty basic issues with rendering and reactivity which are annoying, but not too much of a barrier to use. Much more annoying are the features that work poorly or not at all, such as setting home/work stations or using alerts. All in all, the pain-to-value ratio seems slightly too high.

  2. guest-avatar

journey planner This used to work around 50% of the time but the last update has broken the app completely. It now crashes 100% of the time when the app is opened on both Samsung S9 and S10 phones. If they can't even get this this to work on mainstream phones then their IT development and testing team needs sacking. Can't give it less than 1 star unfortunately as it deserves zero since it no longer works at all.

  3. guest-avatar

app The app is incredibly dated & clunky, completely unoptimised for any recent devices, can't scale to fit different size screens and can barely even get live departures from a variety of major stations across the country. It needs to be completed torn down and reworked, or you may as well Google your query, as it would likely be faster and more accurate.

  4. guest-avatar

    Dan France-Athayde

live departures Used to be great. The alerts still work fine although as was always the case, they're a nightmare to actually work out how to configure correctly BUT using the widget now causes the app to force close. The widget was the main thing I used on this app. I hope it gets fixed shortly. Addendum. The app totally stopped functioning now.

  5. guest-avatar

phone number Needs a lot of work and very frustrating. Not enough time to list all the many faults. App need a lot of modernising both visually and functionality wise. Needs to perform properly. Needs to fix the issue whereby pressing the 'back button' on the phone to go back and edit a journey, currently closes the app rather than allows edits to journeys - but as there is no functionality within the app to edit a journey, nor a 'home button' on the app, user experience is poor.

  6. guest-avatar

contact Train departure widget hasn't worked for months now. Main app crashes every few minutes, making it unusable. Such a shame because when it worked, it was really useful (especially the widget), but for some reason it just will not work anymore on Android OS. Can't understand why the app developers have not fixed the bugs...

  7. guest-avatar

number New update is frustrating! On the planner, you search departure times and see the results, before this last update you could press back and make alterations to the date, time and station. With this update the app closes and you have to start from scratch. Please fix this bug and I'll rate it 4 stars!

  8. guest-avatar

    George Whitehead

telephone number Back button functionality broken. Exits app instead of reverting to previous menu. Work around is to click around the tabs at the bottom (live trains, etc.), back to planner and then click back but this is tedious and should be an easy fix. Also, there is no away of returning from "Ticket Types" to the search results without, you guessed to, exiting the app via the back button and starting from scratch. It's a shame, i bet there's a back end team who do a great job who want to kill the app devs

  9. guest-avatar

live About as reliable as the trains I travel on but crashes more. Open it, it crashes. Try to plan a journey, it crashes... you get the idea. Not expecting miracles from a free app but one that works and doesn't drain the battery quicker than the train companies empty your wallet would be good.

  10. guest-avatar

season ticket calculator Completely broken by Dec update! Perfect excuse for customers to abandon this app and find better featured alternatives such as "On Rails" to cope with the new timetable chaos etc. *Edit* I and many others reviewed this release month s ago and nothing has been fixed. Assuming National Rail has better things to do than worry about Customer Experience... Uninstalling.

  11. guest-avatar

As someone who spends thousands a year on the trains, I feel it is a bit much to have to pay another fiver for an app to tell me, almost inevitably, that they are delayed or cancelled. It won't allow more than 5 "favourite" stations. I need more than that when the route is so unreliable. Update: Nice touch to stop showing what platform the train leaves from!

  12. guest-avatar

    Dallas Roulston

Annoying, have previously paid for the premium version, but moved to a new phone and back to the free version. No option to restore purchases. Not cheap and not worth the money in the first place. Many other, better, train apps out there. Go for one of them.

  13. guest-avatar

Last update ruined the functionality and the usefulness of this app. Unable to get live platform updates which makes for a mad dash to find the platform on the big screen then push through crowds to make the train on time. Will now be using a separate app to actually tell me the live platform updates until NR get this sorted.

  14. guest-avatar

18.12.19 their incompetence is shocking, latest update has screwed it yet again. Will probably have to wait months before they roll it back to the previous version. Just crashes. Update 29/05/19 - Widget still not working, just freezes. It matches the rail network nicely in that it no longer works. Last update totally destroyed the app. At least I no longer have to look at the depressing long list of cancellations from my local station.

  15. guest-avatar

This is by far the worst app I have on my phone. The quality is absolutely appalling - crashes constantly, goes against every usability guidelines and, what's more ridiculous, it asks for a disproportionate amount of money for an AD free version. Well done National Rail, the app is a perfect match to the way the rail network is run.

  16. guest-avatar

    Henry Cordy-Mckenna

Ugh! I'm currently forced to use this app seeing as how the Trainline app didn't update to the new timetable changes (that's a different story!). I want to follow a journey I'm currently ok. Leaving the app minimised for more than a few minutes clears the journey from memory, and I have to start over again. Adding a journey to favourites has pushed the travel date to tomorrow (!), and I have to search from scratch. Awful navigation and very buggy. Great live details though. Has huge potential

  17. guest-avatar

The perfect companion app for Britain's railways, since it is either unreliable or doesn't work at all (including popping random "app has stopped working" messages on screen at unexpected times). I would uninstall it, but there isn't much choice and I keep hoping it will get better so I keep using it (again, like the UK's railways). The widget hasn't worked for so long I suspect it is steam-driven and is waiting for a coal delivery. In short, buy a car or go by bike so you don't have to use it!

  18. guest-avatar

Unintuitive gui. Plus has ads. Also it didn't give the correct information for the platform number at London Waterloo. Nearly missed my train as I had to run from one end of the station to the other in rush hour. Very unimpressed with this App.

  19. guest-avatar

Painfully loud squawky audio glitches happening with Bluetooth headphones. Have tried to figure out what the problem was for months before realising that this app was causing it. Seems like this problem is affecting others too. Will have to uninstall which is a shame as it is a useful app.

  20. guest-avatar

Just compared prices from the planner in the App with the National rail web site and for my chosen journey it was more expensive. My only fare options were Anytime and Off Peak. The website defaulted my journey as a Travel card, I can't even select this in the App. I won't be booking my journeys through the App.

  21. guest-avatar

Terrible app, adverts shift everything down making you click the wrong train/buttom. Also sends a very loud buzz into my wireless headphones, so i have to make sure the app is fully closed. Use daily but would rather not, if i was mildly impressed I'd happily pay for the app. Update: widget now broken in the latest release, still broken 2 weeks after the release was made public, these developers must be having a laugh if you can call them that

  22. guest-avatar

Latest update has introduced a bug where the app crashes when using any location based features on Android. Changed the app's permissions to deny location to it and that fixes the crashing, but obviously that means a whole bunch of features are now unavailable. The update was released just before Christmas, which seems incompetent at best. No way to roll back to the previous working version.

  23. guest-avatar

Broken again. Looks like they updated the version before last and not the last one as this behaves exactly the same way until they backed it out. Keeps crashing after a few seconds and the widget no longer functions. Still seems to work on android 8, but not on my two different brands of android 9 phones. Can't comment on android 10, but others have so it must affect that too. As others have'd really question their change control checks and the competence of their developers.

  24. guest-avatar

The national rail app updated overnight and this morning it's broken again. When it's working it's a fantastic tool, however at th moment it is useless. The widget doesnt work and the app its self launches for a few seconds.. freezes then closes. I have a Samsung note 10 on the latest version of android. Please fix it and you'll get 4 stars .

  25. guest-avatar

When it works, it's great especially trying to get the right platform a few seconds ahead of the rush when you don't have a reservation. Unfortunately, doesn't work very often as seems every other update breaks it completely.

  26. guest-avatar

As reliable as railway service, sums it up quite well. Scandalous piece of software development, widget not working, crash on opening, random shutdown in the background. These aren't minor issues, those are release blockers! At this point I think we should fire every single person employed by National Rail and make them apply again, but this time make the recruiter to be someone who has a clue. How you can gather so many incompetent people in one place and deliver so many failures is beyond me.

  27. guest-avatar

Useless to me since the latest update. The home screen widget is completely broken. Dec 2019: latest update is fundamentally broken. App repeatedly crashes before I can get any search results and the home screen widget shows no results, AGAIN. This is core functionality that is easy to test and not obscure edge cases. Do not update!

  28. guest-avatar

Update: Now continously crashing. Widget no longer updates, refresh button doesn't respond unless you open the app, which means having a widget is pointless. You give us an appalling commuter service and want to charge us for an app without ads, at least make the free app work again properly. Come on devs, pull your finger out, this should take days to fix not weeks!!

  29. guest-avatar

Why has the back arrow recently stopped working on this app? Instead of being able to navigate back to the search page (from a list of results) in order to edit the search, whenever I click the back arrow the app closes, so then I have to go back into the app & enter all the info again. This is a bit frustrating, especially as this is one of the apps I use most frequently.

  30. guest-avatar

Does what it is designed to do and is an easy way to check timetables, delay information and platforms. What it does not always make very clear though is when a train is in fact not a train at all but instead a replacement bus 'service'. It would be a great improvement if the app could make it clear that what it is showing the times for is not the usual service but instead a vastly inferior one that leaves from a different place.

  31. guest-avatar

I used to use it just for the widget, but that hasn't worked in ages, and I get a "national rail has stopped working" message pop up on my phone at least every few hours, even though I never actively open the app! Please fix this

  32. guest-avatar

Great when it works, but latest version has annoying bug/feature that when you use the back button after searching with the 'planner' instead of returning to the original search screen it just closes the app completely, annoying when you want to edit journey details.

  33. guest-avatar

Widegt simply does not work after latest (Dec 19) update - the app will work if I remove location permissions. Which means it's fairly useless as all the one star reviews acknowledge. Clearly no effective testing in place - consistently the least reliable app on my phone. Apparently works on old Android (pre 8) and perhaps on iOS. Maybe the devs have a preference...

  34. guest-avatar

This app is totaly broken, since last update on 13th Dec 2019 its totaly useless, crashes as soon as its opened on my S9+ (hardly an uncommon phone) drains battery like crazy, DO NOT INSTALL at least until its fixed. Oh and yes I have totaly removed / reinstalled and no change. I paid good money for this app and totaly dissapointed the developers don't seem to be in a hurry to fix.

  35. guest-avatar

    Richard Blundell

Installed ages ago and rarely use it, yet it crashes three or four times daily without me launching or using it. It just crashes in the background. I've been reporting each crash for weeks but they've not fixed it. Every day or two Android says 'this app crashes a lot, stop app?' and I say Yes to close it, but an hour later it's crashing again in the background without having been started. I presume National Rail don't see this as a priority - they must have ample crash reports to fix it by now.

  36. guest-avatar

I have been using this app for ages and find it very useful. One of the more recent updates is very annoying though. I used to be able to launch the app and let it run in the background while tracking the progress of a certain train but now the app closes itself down after a short period of inactivity meaning I have to start all over again and search again for the specific train. The app used to run happily in the background before which was great. Not sure why this was changed.

  37. guest-avatar

Sort out the back button please. Why on earth would you change it so that back exits the app rather than take you back to adjust your search parameters? I work in the railway so need it from a large variety of stations with many different route options. Setting a favourite station or anything like that would be no help. Currently downloading GA App, Thameslink app, and a couple of others. Will be back with a recommendation for others.

  38. guest-avatar

This app is astonishingly lacking in anything like polish or quality. I am a mobile app dev, and I would not let a product so consistently lacking in anything other than the most basic features, stupefingly complacent. Riven with annoying bugs which make it unpleasant to use, e.g. Screen size jumps after ~2s wheb loading ads causing you to press the wrong button. £5 for ad free 🤪. Now you can't search for trains that are late, something that happens a lot! Complaints only limited by 500 chars.

  39. guest-avatar

Irritating time format on android. Used this app for years but maybe a year ago the format changed very slightly on android when in planning section. It doesn't give the departure time in one line which makes it very difficult to read. Eg 12.3 Woking 4 Please fix as I want to upgrade to ad free but not until this is fixed as I almost missed train today due to confusing set up. Many thanks

  40. guest-avatar

New version is rubbish. Keeps crashing and doesn't work well with the widget. Please fix. (posted in May 2019). Well you fixed it for a few months and the latest version has the same faults. It's all a bit like the Windows updates. Please test properly before release!

  41. guest-avatar

    Rob O'Callaghan

No way to go back from journey planner results to edit the search parameters. Pressing the Android "back" button dumps you out of the app altogether. You have to restart the app, and input your journey details again from scratch. I'm sure this wasn't happening previously... (Google Pixel 2, Android 10)

  42. guest-avatar

Once again, broken. Widget won't open, page rendering is useless, you go to press a button and suddenly it all shifts because an ad appears. Can you please fix this as people rely on this information. Surely you have a dev team? Or is there a shortage of them as well as train crew?

  43. guest-avatar

Failing to show information about platforms (even in the few minutes before the train departure and the platform information is displayed on the boards at the station) means this app is immensely frustrating to use. Basically only good for knowing what time the train should depart. Anything realtime is terrible.

  44. guest-avatar

Update broken app again. Widget no longer working on android again which is the most important part of the app. How can they be so incompetent to update an app and not test it on Android? This happens every time they update. Who are the people designing this app, they are utterly useless. It's as terrible as my actual train service.

  45. guest-avatar

Was good but now keeps crashing, as per some of the reviews below. However, when I sent an email to the developer contact I was told they will respond within 20 days!!! How is this service? I gave it 3 stars because, when it does work, it is very good and convenient.

  46. guest-avatar

I can't even use this app any more since it was updated (having to resort to mobile web). It constantly crashes after 5 seconds of being opened and an error message comes up saying "National Rail app keeps stopping". Please please fix it, it's so vital and is useless now I can't even check any train times/platforms/journeys.

  47. guest-avatar

Since Dec 2019 update now just crashes as soon as you try and do anything. Widget fails totally, can't even drag and drop onto home screen. Very much like the transport network it is supposed to give access and information for.

  48. guest-avatar

    William Thrower

Congratulations on breaking the app with the latest update! Crashes constantly, widget doesn't work. After the last update fail you'd think the developers would actually test it was working before releasing, but it appears from the latest reviews this isn't the case! As it will take months to fix does anyone have any recommendations for an alternative app? For those who haven't updated - don't!!!

  49. guest-avatar

    Claus Von Stauffenberg

I HATE this app but more whoever was given responsibility of making it. For YEARS it's never ever worked properly no matter on what device. Upon 1st start, asked to set your home and work stations. Selecting the relevant stations from list NEVER works. Widget constantly freezes and needs deleting and reapplying. In the rare case we get a new version of the app that fixes issues, everything goes bk to sq 1 when a new firmware comes out. 18/12 Update now crashes app. Ridiculous yet predictable

  50. guest-avatar

Very poor quality. It stopped showing platform numbers; the badly placed advert at the top forces the content to jump whilst you are trying to click items forcing wrong selections. Do we not already pay extortionate amounts for our tickets. Why does this app need adverts?

  51. guest-avatar

Decent enough to give you most train times. Not so good when it tries to take you on connections through the underground. Eg today it tried to take me from Blackfriars to Victoria when the district&circle is closed. Best to cross reference with the TFL site in this case. Another slight annoyance is the resolution is out on my phone so one time reads across 2 lines, sort it out!

  52. guest-avatar

Latest update has completely broken the app. The home page doesn't keep my journeys anymore, and more significantly the app now constantly crashes around 10 seconds after opening. I can just about press things quick enough to enter 2 stations and see an overview, then it bombs out. Please fix this

  53. guest-avatar

The app widget has been crashing for over a month now and is not fit for purpose. Please can this be looked into. I'm really disappointed that I haven't received any response and also that no fix has been applied!

  54. guest-avatar

Poor Overall. App crashes often, and no longer reliably informs of disruption on your route, or of trains as you near you're saved stations. As for the widget - that died ages ago and no longer works at all.

  55. guest-avatar

    Jonathan Timmons

When the app is working, it's very useful. However updates have introduced problems in stability several times over the past year where the app then continually crashes and the widget in particular (the most useful bit for me) stops working. Not good enough really.

  56. guest-avatar

In London at least the app has stopped giving the platform no. At Clapham Junction it is now impossible to find your desired platform without going to each platform until you find the one you need.. Please fix this issue

  57. guest-avatar

Great when it works,... But since an update prior to Christmas it is completely unusable on my pixel phone. There is alot to similar complaints here and I don't see why they haven't rolled the update back to the last stable version until they can correct the bugs?

  58. guest-avatar

A recent update has stopped the app working on my OnePlus 5T. The app opens, but if so search for trains between two stations on the planner tab, the app instantly crashes. I have the same issue with the widget...the app crashes as soon as I search for trains or refresh the widget.

  59. guest-avatar

The app developers need sacking and replacing with someone that knows what they're doing. The December 2019 update has completely broken it. Again. Do not upgrade! When it works, this is very good, albeit dated and annoying!

  60. guest-avatar

Badly designed and thought out app, awkward to use. For a regular journey saved under "my journeys" it will show train times at random times in the past!? I'm catching the train now, not last Sunday! Someone please come up with an alternative...

  61. guest-avatar

Since the latest update, the widget stopped working and keeps sending a crash message... I Uninstalled it and reinstalled to no avail! Could this be fixed please? Before then, it used to be excellent! Samsung S10 +

  62. guest-avatar

This used to work but has now stopped working completely. The most useful thing was the widget but it crashes everytime you try to add it. The alerts don't work either.

  63. guest-avatar

Crashes. A lot. Some would say it is completely useless and the developers should all be given the sack. Hilariously there is a premium option if you'd like to pay for an app that doesn't work. Delete this and download the "Ontime" app instead.

  64. guest-avatar

I used to love this app - not any more! Keeps notifying me that it's crashed even when it's not open. Widget which used to be so helpful now remains obstinately blank. Will keep it on for the time being in the hopes of a update fix.

  65. guest-avatar

It used to have a very useful widget that would give you train times for your most common journey, automatically knowing which direction you needed to travel. Now the widget does not work..

  66. guest-avatar

Update. This is a very frustrating app to use. No ability to go back, you have to start again each time and sometimes it's impossible to book tickets, you have to do it online. Terrible... The iPhone version is no better!

  67. guest-avatar

The worst app I ever ever used. No idea how this still exists in 2020. None of it makes sense. Main issue is that it doesn't let you see any information about trains that have already left.

  68. guest-avatar

Stops working properly after every update. Widget no longer appears. Why would anyone pay for an ad free version when it's not user friendly to start with.

  69. guest-avatar

Rubbish. Continuously crashes. Adds cause things to shift down, making you click on the wrong item. Poor, just like the rest of the infrastructure.

  70. guest-avatar

I nearly didn't download this app given recent negative reviews, but I'm happy to say that it is working fine (so far) on my new Samsung a20e. Perhaps some long time users should consider deleting and downloading again.

  71. guest-avatar

The app used to be good - but for the last month or so crashes constantly after a few seconds. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing the cache and data, and now it crashes even faster.

  72. guest-avatar

Used to work great and with the widget. Have just upgraded my phone on the same os version and now the widget crashes the main app immediately. So it's mostly useless to me now.

Can't navigate back to the planner page without the entire app closing, leading to waiting for the app to reload and enter all the details again, which I need to do to look up multiple journeys. Please fix, this is really frustrating.

Widget is not working anymore on Samsung Note 9. Keep freezing. Can you update it please! Update - Almost a year later and still the same problem. Unbelievable. But not only the widget app itself crashing now.. Totally unusable for Samsung note 9.

Constantly crashes with the latest update. I'm assuming this will be broken now until mid-January. You should probably get a new development team and some QAs as what you're doing right now clearly isn't working.

What happened to this app looks identical yet completely broken now. Cant understand what has been updated. I guess maybe just an effort to match how terrible the trains its keeps track off are....

  77. guest-avatar

App crashes a couple of seconds after opening, completely useless as no longer able to access any information. Really frustrating as I commute to work and this was a valuable app to keep track of live trains. Please fix!

Was working great until the latest update that fixed bugs and changed Virgin to Avanti. Now the app isn't working and the widget isn't working either. By not working, I mean that they just don't open. Can we have a roll back please?

As a daily commuter this app should be invaluable. It's awful. Constant crashes, widget doesn't work and hasn't for a long time. Please get some advise from Trainline or someone with the capacity to create a working user friendly app

Good app but let down by screen formatting issue on my new Samsung S10+ (19:9 aspect). The RESULTS page for the Planning shows times on 2 lines (last digit is shown on line below). On my old MotoG4 (16:9 aspect) there was no issue.

Have used it happily for years until yesterday when an update appears to have broken it. Keeps crashing and the widget no longer works at all (blank). Appears from other recent reviews that this is a widespread problem

Used to be fine now is absolutely atrcious. Crashes multiple times per day, forced adverts with no way to remove consent, laughable UI that my 7 year old niece could've designed. Do better National Rail. I'll stick to apps made by train companies directly. Poor show.

This app used to be fine (a bit clunky but it did the job) but since an update earlier this year it no longer works. Just a bit frustrating.......

Tried several times to set up a home and work station and alerts, couldn't get it to work. Also contains ads/has a paid version which is a bit strange for a public service.

  85. guest-avatar

Currently unusable and has been for around 3 weeks... constantly crashes (even when denying location permissions as suggested by another reviewer). Even when it does work it's clunky to use and a last resort for train info.

  86. guest-avatar

Keeps crashing. Seems to be running in background without permission, and "National Rail keeps stopping" (make you own jokes there) messages pop up at all hours. I've uninstalled. The Trainline app works fine anyway.

Good App but needs a serious makeover. Needs to catch up to the current times with the minimalistic flat design language. Also this app is crashing since Android 10.

  88. guest-avatar

App is unusable. The app shuts down at random. The widget on the home screen doesn't work. This is embarrassing. Your competitor's app is much better

  89. guest-avatar

Every morning I used to check the widget to see how delayed/cancelled my train was. Since the last update the widget no longer works. Very annoying, have to faff around opening the app and resetting the stations just to check now.

  90. guest-avatar

Stopped working after update. Started getting notifications that the app has crashed every few minutes, and the widget didn't render. Uninstalled and reinstalled but now it won't store my station details, which makes it useless for me.

App now closes instantly. Please fix this. Android 10. Huawei. Widget doesn't work anymore. A shame as it was very useful.

  92. guest-avatar

Good call to the person that found the way to fix the crash bug in the December 2019 release is to deny access to your current location. Of course it does mean that location based features can't be used.

  93. guest-avatar

Constantly crashes in general. However, recently, does not even let me use the app for more than a few seconds. Disappointing really because it's a very useful app when it works.

  94. guest-avatar

Crashes constantly on three of my android devices, widget also does not work or resize for larger screens. Used to be very helpful and convenient on earlier versions of android. Is now useless

  95. guest-avatar

I used this app a lot in the past, but since the update in December '19 the widget stopped working and the app itself crashes every 10 seconds. Is there a fix coming soon?

  96. guest-avatar

Must try harder! Why does the app not notify me about cancellations to my normal train? Do you not think that is more important, that your train has been cancelled so there is no point in going to the station!?!?

  97. guest-avatar

The widget doesn't work at all and hasn't done for almost a year. The main app crashes as soon as it is opened, completely useless at this point.

  98. guest-avatar

special place in hell for the designer who decided to put that ad banner at the top with a lagging display. now you removed platform information. well done!

  99. guest-avatar

Go to edit journey, hit back button and it just shuts the app down. Crashes in the background even though I reinstalled and removed widget. And adverts? Utter cack.

  100. guest-avatar

Recent update caused app to crash after a few seconds if widget used. Works for slightly longer if removed, but then crashes - please fix asap! Decided to uninstall as the constant crashes appear to be affecting battery life too!
