This app is useless. The last update even logged me out. Now we have snowing animation, but still only collects car usage data for Toyota. Meanwhile, it's missing the end user remote essentials: engine start, defrost, climate control, etc. These should be the must have. Then fancy ❄️ can come too... Btw the animation is 😎. If you read this and agree, please give a one star... and demand the remote control features.

With newest update it always shows that my vehicle is in movement even thought it's parked for hours. Also, bring back the dark theme, this new one is hard to look at. Add into why my profile completion is stuck at 86% and I don't know what else to fill so it can be 100%.

Since the last update is not possible to enter the application. It opens the window to login and when you do it gives you this message: "We encountered a problem try again" Then you try again and again but it doesn't work. Please fix it

Can't even start the app due to a "rooted device" false positive. I have a OnePlus 3 running LineageOS 10, encrypted, with a locked bootloader. Google services and every other high-security app including my banking app, COVID pass and certificate signing app works without any issues. SafetyNet, CTS profile, RSV and basic integrity checks are all passing. I'd love to hear from the development team, but so far I've only been contacted by people who have no idea what I'm talking about.

App is a waste of time. Won't do anything. Very slow to load. Doesn't seem to connect to my ch-r. Media systems suggested are not the obe i have as options it tells me to select are not there. One of the worst designed apps i have ever used. Won't verify my entitlement. 0/10. Don't bother.

App has so much potential, salesman told me I could start, open & lock the car + turn on heating from the app - you cannot. Most of the time it cannot give the correct location for my car. Hopefully there is a significant upgrade soon!, Before you do this please upgrade the terrible infotainment system and sat nav. You get better in a Dacier! It's almost like you forgot about the infotainment and app when designing the car. Fix these to tech issues and my car is perfect!

App is completely broken, trips not recorded, says vehicle in movement even when it is parked up. When trips are recorded wrong information is given. Contacted app support multiple times with no response. Absolutely terrible app.

Please add more options for Rav4 2019-2021 full hybrid, also, not just exclusively for the plug-in variants. It's shows that the car is locked... is this a joke? While the remote lock-unlock and many other important functions are missing. Why it is possible for US and not for European contries also? Why just for the plug-in variant?

Greate idea toyota but you need to take a look at the other manufacturers very basic. And come on just bought the new highlander in uk and 50k and cant remote start or adjust setting via the app but you can in the usa whats that about also have a basic landrover for the same price and can adjust everything and remote start. Please sort this out as i love toyota and this is really letting you all down

On face of it looks good, reality is despite having downloaded, set up on mobile, logged in on mobile……it’s impossible to connect to new Yaris Cross. Every attempt is met with ‘error, can’t connect, contact dealer’ 🤬🤬🤬 I’m fairly good with tech but this is driving me mad! And now after buying the car I need to return to dealer where already I’ve told them more about the in car tech than they new! The app appears to show data from car and the car itself so some thing is being shared between app and car yet pressing on my Toyota on s reen gets me no where. Rebooted, nothing Logged out and in, nothing Android auto is as frustrating except finally mastered this by having to switch off VPN to connect……so to use android auto I must remove one layer of security But MyToyota……..why bother?
