This app become worst of the worst day by day. I already have paid my due laon amount on 6th October but still my status is not yet update instead showing me overdue and also late charge increase every day. I told them many times about this problem in every agents that call me every day more than twice to pay this amount that i already have paid. I have also mailed in their email so many times. So, I want the concern authority to solve this ASAP otherwise I will take the legal help.

Earlier I gave 5 star now, I came here to tell you that just don't install this app. I paid my 3 loan on time and even before due date still they didn't increase my limit and the level of money they charge is alot. I would have given stars in minus if it was possible. Just don't give a damn about this app.

Its an okay app.. I have used it for close to one year now, only provided me with 1000 credit limit but upon request and many emails for credit raise, they do not give proper solution just giving meaningless replies stating that they cannot identify the ownership of my number, but can't even tell me what I need to do to resolve it..bad experience

Why the RazorPay option not showing while repaying the due of my loans. It has happened to me like 3 times in a row. Now it seems like a scheme by you guys to take more money as so called late fee from me. Please fix it ASAP or I will not repay any loan and if you try to complain against me then I will also show proof as how you scam people of money by making them pay late fee by not showing the RazorPay option and I have proof of it too.

Wrost customer support, there executive call you 4-5 time in a day even you make a payment on time, application has lots of technical bugs they not fixed till, if you pay your loan amount successfully, Still In application showing in overdue mode and rate of interest increased everyday and there executive call you to pay overdue, if you tell them you have paid your overdue, still they are calling you everyday, don't take it loan from here it will ruined your credit score.

People instead of using this app contact your bank fo any loan this is the worst app I have used or seen so far. Even after showing approval in my application the loan amount still shows 0 and customer care team does not exists at first they will contact you. For documents like 5times a day even in wats app after that no one receives waste of time
